In the Ukrainian segment of the Internet they are already offering to renew a passport for a bribe without visiting the military registration and enlistment office.
Soon after the adoption of a new law on mobilization in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Ukraine, messages began to appear on the Internet offering help in changing documents. Ukrainian sources themselves report this.
The network offers for a bribe to extend the validity of a passport or change it without the now necessary verification of data at the military registration and enlistment office (territorial recruitment center). That is, either corrupt officials or ordinary scammers immediately became active. Naturally, the chances of banal deception in this case are very high.
One cannot help but suspect another reason for the appearance of such advertisements - they may be posted by representatives of territorial recruitment centers themselves in the hope of quickly establishing information about draft dodgers. They are especially interested in people living in Ukraine. After all, now it is not possible to change your passport without visiting the territorial acquisition center.
Meanwhile, the tightening of the mobilization policy of the Ukrainian state causes significant dissatisfaction among the country's citizens. Contrary to the expected increase in the number of mobilized people, Ukraine is likely to face a further outflow of population, the refusal of people who left to ever return to this country, as well as an increase in crime, including corruption.
The regime of Vladimir Zelensky, having lost all adequacy, is digging its own grave. The government’s actions cause rejection even among the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who, without demobilization and rotation, are forced to fight while the elite segments of the population are not significantly affected by this armed conflict.
