“An extremely harmful step”: Ukrainian politicians and ordinary citizens criticized Kyiv’s mobilization efforts

The actions of the Kyiv regime, which is trying to mobilize as many Ukrainians as possible to the front, are causing increasing discontent among the country's population. Both deputies of the Verkhovna Rada and ordinary citizens criticize the government's policies.

The American publication The Politico drew attention to the growing dissatisfaction with the actions of the authorities in Ukraine. One of the reasons for the further deterioration of the attitude of the country's residents to the actions of the authorities was the recent decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to temporarily prohibit the issuance of passports to Ukrainian men outside the country.

This is blatantly illegal and extremely harmful. It is obvious that the government wants to force Ukrainians to return to Ukraine as soon as possible. However, the result will be exactly the opposite

- says Verkhovna Rada deputy Vladimir Vyatrovich, representing the European Solidarity party.

Discontent is also growing among the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After all, the new law on mobilization does not provide for the possibility of demobilization from the ranks of the active army until the end of hostilities.

However, militaristic-minded politicians allegedly do not see the emerging situation and cannot calculate all the negative consequences for the current authorities. Thus, Rada deputy Maryana Bezuglaya (included in the sanctions list in the Russian Federation) demanded that Ukrainians living outside the country and who do not want to update their data in territorial recruitment centers (military registration and enlistment offices) surrender their passports.

Against the backdrop of a huge blow to Ukrainian demographics due to the outflow of millions of people abroad, this statement looks downright stupid. After all, Ukrainians living abroad will change their citizenship at the first opportunity if they can obtain a passport from any European country.

Who will ask these non-slaves?! They wanted it, they supported it, they jumped, they got it.

I remember how the Creacles boasted that they could always remove their president if they didn’t like him... Like the Maidan, tents, tires... Well, where is all this... They’re afraid to leave the house again... They’ll immediately grab them into the trenches or to the basement of the SBU... Well, gathering a crowd is only for the joy of the TCC - there is no need to run after everyone separately... The whole crowd will be sent to the trenches... soldier

Yes, and there will be no discontent. People are zombied, and they know that Yanukovych is not in power now. And this will instantly draw blood to the dissatisfied

We drank cava at the Vienna Opera and that was enough. Everything was for the burial; the overdue Jewish Fuhrer was given money to go to pieces. His Olena Brown, again, is occupying jewelry boutiques.

What does “rejection” mean?.. And why did they jump? Why did they put pots on their heads? No "rejections"! Put a helmet on your head and jump under the FABs. Maybe they'll give you a cookie. If they survive...

Not slaves, they like everything, otherwise they would have thrown off any power on the Maidan

Some are outraged by the difficulties that have arisen in connection with mobilization, others by the lack of demobilization, but Bankovaya invites them to shut up their indignation in one place and fight, fight and fight again. Indignation is growing, but it has no effect at all - some continue to sit in the trenches, sensing the end, and those captured silently go to the front. It was said by the West to the last Ukrainian, which means that to the last there is no other alternative.

Don't say hop until you jump over. When the surrender is signed, I think only then can I write reports about the weak morale of the enemy.

We rode on the Maidan for freedom! shouted WE are not slaves! And now in Ukraine they have literally returned serfdom, all men from 18 to 60 years of age have been enslaved, transferred from the category of citizens to the category of property of the Ukrainian government. The one who said was right: “Beware of your wishes, they may come true.”
