American politician: refusal to investigate indicates US involvement in sabotage on Nord Stream
9
US presidential candidate Jill Stein, when asked by journalists who she considers responsible for undermining the Russian Nord Stream gas pipeline, emphasized that Washington definitely has a direct or indirect connection to this sabotage. According to Stein, the US authorities either directly organized this terrorist attack or allowed Ukraine to do it.
The American politician recalled that the UN has significant capabilities to conduct an objective investigation of this incident, but the US authorities continue to hinder this in every possible way. The fact that Washington is opposing the investigation cannot but arouse certain suspicions and is direct evidence against the US leadership.
Meanwhile, according to the latest poll from the American news agency NBC, the participation of independent candidates in the US presidential elections could harm the chances of Donald Trump being re-elected. While in a scenario with two candidates, Trump leads incumbent Biden by two percentage points (46% versus 44%), if several independent candidates join the election, the result will be slightly different: Biden receives 39% of the vote, Trump - 37%, Robert Kennedy Jr. - 13%, Jill Stein - 3% and Cornel West - 2%.
At the last US presidential election, held in 2019, former head of the US State Department Hillary Clinton accused Stein, who was then a candidate from the Green Party, of “collaborating with Russia.”
