Footage of the destruction of Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment by the Lancet 12 km from the border with the Kursk region has been published

Filmed with the help of drone objective control of footage depicting the destruction by Russian loitering ammunition "Lancet" of equipment of militants of the Kyiv regime in the area of the village of Linovo, Sumy region, located at a distance of 12 kilometers from the border with the Kursk region.

At the same time, it is noteworthy that these frames, slightly re-edited and changed in the direction of deteriorating quality, were distributed by many Telegram channels, while accompanying the publication with a description in which it was stated that they allegedly showed a Lancet strike on the M270B MLRS (MARS -II). For what purpose someone needed to do this remains unknown.

The Russian army has been using Lancets and others for several years now (since the Syrian campaign). drones this type for hitting targets. During the special operation in Ukraine, the use of loitering ammunition reached its absolute maximum. The Lancet has become the most effective anti-tank (and at the same time anti-air and anti-submarine) UAV at the tactical level.

At the same time, the Israeli company UVision is formally considered to be the pioneer in the development of loitering ammunition with a characteristic X-shape, whose model range has included drones of this type since 2011. However, the Russian Lancet and its modifications are significantly superior in their characteristics to their well-known foreign analogues.

It is also reported that after significant losses of equipment in the near rear of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, instructed the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to relocate the most valuable weapons for Kyiv, in particular air defense installations, to a distance of more than 100 kilometers from the front line.

Well, yes, this video is widely passed off as a defeat on the battlefield by MLRS! And ideally, either the Coalition or the Tornado-S MLRS should work at such distances!

So Lancets fly further than 30 km from the LBS, and this seems to be nothing new.
Or are we here discussing a deductive story about who re-edited the video to worse quality?

They can’t fly that far, because the controls don’t allow it, they need conditional line of sight. If only there is some kind of repeater from the mountain, or a launch from us and control from the div. groups behind enemy lines.

Launch from us and control through an operator in the AR group in the rear.
