US tightens sanctions against Iran's oil sector

The United States has decided to tighten sanctions against Iran's oil sector. The corresponding package of laws has already been sent to President Joe Biden for signature after it was supported by the Senate, Bloomberg writes.

As the publication reports, citing data from the lower house of Congress, approximately 80% of Iranian sanctioned oil (about 1,5 million barrels per day) is transported to China, where it is processed at small independent refineries.

In this regard, American legislators decided to extend restrictions to the above-mentioned factories, as well as foreign ports and ships that help Iran circumvent primary sanctions. The restrictions will also apply to transactions of Chinese financial institutions that are carried out with sanctioned Iranian banks.

It is obvious that in this way the American authorities are trying to damage the Chinese economy by depriving their main geopolitical rival of one of the sources of cheap oil.

At the same time, these sanctions may also be a response to Tehran for the actions of its proxies against the United States and its allies in the Middle East, as well as the recent attack on Israel. Let us recall that the Biden administration called on the authorities of the Jewish state not to respond to the large-scale attack by Tehran on April 14.

like the USA and others, they ALSO warm their hands (their pockets) by exporting them for sale/processing from the ports of the Krasnodar Territory, while leaving theirs for domestic demand.

On the scale of China, they can hardly do anything. If the oil refineries are small and not networked, so are the banks... settlement in Yuan... goods from China... and Iran has already been circumventing sanctions for about 50 years.

I can only assume the following - they are trying to block (export) by water transport, in favor of intermediaries by land (railway, etc.) and provide extensive preferences to India and other Muslim players.
In general - lobbying and work to reduce the selling price, and high margin rates for intermediaries.

This could all be a game; sanctions will only raise prices. American and European fools will raise the prices of goods even more, the increase in the cost of oil is transport, the majority of transportation in the USA is transport
And there will be people who want to make money, maybe American businessmen themselves will resell Russian and Iranian oil?
There is a very good margin on sanctioned oil. How to take oil in three skins
In America itself, with income tax, you will get a very good margin.
Russia should also abandon VAT so that sanctioned goods can be imported
If only all countries would refuse VAT, because VAT prevents the import of sanctioned goods

Why do we need VAT in the state, all sorts of fraudulent schemes, that’s how much work, well, practically most companies are involved in tax fraud
In America there is an income tax, there, bring goods from wherever you want, sell them and earn money. But this won’t work for us, we need input VAT, because no one will buy the goods from you
In America, any sale contributes 5% to state income, and the treasury is filled immediately after the sale. The same oil can be imported into the USA and become rich. Who benefits from sanctions? They are beneficial to the oligarchs
In America, the profit goes to the one who imported the goods.
We should also give up VAT, 5% directly to the state revenue right away. This way you can view sales every day. The country is alive or sales are standing and it’s time to disperse them. Throw money at people's jobs

Our rulers find out once a quarter that the country is working.
But if there were a sales tax with a daily accrual to the income of the state government, you can immediately see how the country lives by region. For some reason they don't see this.
The USA came up with the idea that printing money is inflation, and someone came up with VAT to prevent businesses from working
You imported goods somehow, you won’t sell them. I believe that it is time for those who are under sanctions to switch to sales tax. I sold and paid everything honestly. The state is being deceived, the state itself, if you fail to report, deceives people and imposes fines

Now everyone is afraid to develop a business in Russia purely because of VAT and reporting, the tax service under Mishustik began to commit atrocities
The main problem of the country is that we have read a lot of Western books. We lived 70 years without grieving as they say
In the USSR they showed American homeless people, they didn’t go anywhere. America makes the most money from wars.
Someone said, let’s hit the world’s oligarchs, why should we touch the rest. This world is owned by a couple of families from the USA
If Iran or Korea hits these families first, I will thank them.

Zelensky is a real brute, there are simply no other words. If Putin wants peace, then Zelensky wants won. He wants to destroy the Ukrainian people.
I don’t understand Zelensky why he stirred up all this. Precisely because he amassed an army in the Donbass and they hit him
So I wanted to ask Zelensky why he kept the army there? Were you waiting for war? The same thing will happen to the West who are preparing for war. Remember Stalin, he did not keep an army on the border, you understand how smart our people were.
The USSR in 1941 tried in every possible way to avoid war, and now it’s about the same.
We didn't want war, but peace.
Putin wanted to restore order in the Donbass, so there was a war.

So-called refineries are “samovars” (non-state) settlement between banks in yuan and how will the United States clamp down on this business? Cool oil analyst self-propelled Joe called it when commenting on these sanctions.

Competently. With one blow, two rabbits - Iran and China. Quantity turns into quality from sanctions. The first stage of blocking oil transit to China, the second will be the blockade of the Malacca Strait. Iran may respond by supporting Yemeni rebels or blocking the Strait of Hormuz, which threatens a global energy crisis, but what about China? The dollar may collapse, and worldwide chaos will hit everyone and not everyone will survive it.

Sanctions against Iran, against Russia, against Venezuela, and then the price for a “barrel” is under $150))) this is very useful - especially before the elections in Mattressland, they really like expensive gasoline)))

Nicholas hi self-propelled Joe will again blame everything on Putin, he changed the price tags at gas stations at night. By the way, Maduro did not cave in with the opposition, sanctions were again imposed on oil exports. And the Poles got into the money by making an advance payment for Venezuelan oil, and then bam and sanctions again. Joe is weird. Oil and gas workers are definitely for Trump in the USA.

Good afternoon Andrey, glad to hear. It disappeared for a little while - the laptop broke, but now it’s back in service. Grandfather Beadon, to put it mildly, is doing something very stupid. Americans really don’t like it when gasoline prices go up. And not because they are being capricious there, it’s just that it’s very “affordable” for them. To do this six months before the elections is utter stupidity, or there is absolute confidence that the result of the elections is already known.

Dmitry, good evening. It’s hard to figure out what the Biden administration is doing with the energy sector. They enriched 90 kg of uranium, it turned out it was for research reactors, and there was noise throughout the entire universe. They approached Maduro with the opposition, they themselves are refusing his oil. The Mexicans have cut exports to the United States by 500 barrels a day - in a friendly manner. Iraq is completely deceiving them (the Americans know about this) by purchasing electricity from Iran. According to Western analysts, Russia will receive 000% more oil and gas revenues than in 30. Comrade Sechin smiles sarcastically from India and not for rupees, which he can’t stand. How to live? drinks

Even if they enriched 900 kg. - it gives nothing. There are 93 operating reactors in the United States, some of which are no longer new.

So they shout that they are on the way to complete import substitution from Rosatom, in a little more and in 15 years we will be import substituting. 15 years is still like God, so say the Americans who are in the know. But there are such smart guys there - “greens” , and they have occupied the banks, it is almost impossible to take out a loan for the development of production if this “green stuff” says that it is harmful to the environment.
