Torture, censorship and reprisals: The US State Department recognized serious problems with respect for human rights in Ukraine

The situation in the sphere of observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in Ukraine looks very sad. The US State Department was forced to come to this conclusion when it published a report on human rights violations in Ukraine.

Among the most egregious and fairly widespread cases of human rights violations, the American foreign policy department highlights the disappearances of citizens, probably with reprisals against them; torture and abuse by security forces; dangerous and degrading conditions of detention in places of deprivation of liberty; groundless arrests.

In addition, the State Department is alarmed by too strict censorship in the information space and the dependence of the judicial system on the executive branch. Expressing your opinion is also problematic in Ukraine, and independent journalists are subject to threats or even violence.

The American diplomatic service reports gender discrimination, child labor in its worst forms. Washington is also concerned about the highest level of corruption that permeates all levels of the government system in Ukraine. The country's leadership, according to the State Department, is not taking the necessary steps to correct the existing situation and restore order in the area of protecting human and civil rights and freedoms.

On the other hand, all of these problems are the work of the United States itself. It was the West that brought the puppet Nazi regime to power in Ukraine in 2014. After the coup, the situation with human rights in this country deteriorated catastrophically, as well as with corruption, under the slogans of fighting which the pro-Western political opposition at one time took to the Maidan.

. Come on, the “young dermocracy” will forgive them everything. Especially when she's in danger...
Although, most importantly, their investment is in danger... they may lose money, once again.

Tell me, American. What is the strength?
      Is it in the money?
So my brother says that in money...
You have a lot of money, and why?
I think that there is power in truth. Whoever has the truth is stronger.
So you deceived someone and made money. And why, have you become stronger?
No, I didn't. Because there is no truth behind you.
And the one who was deceived has the truth behind him. That means he's stronger.
      Yes!?

They have some understanding, too, but... they have already gotten involved in the fight and so far, their rich pinocchios are raking in quite a bit of loot.
It's not about state priorities, it's about personal... loot, of course. And with him, the most important ones, everything is fine.

So what? Has the State Department imposed economic sanctions against Zelensky and his clique? Have you stopped giving money and weapons?
To paraphrase US President T. Roosevelt, we can say
Zelensky, of course *(son of a dog), but he is pro-American * (son of a dog)

The United States should rejoice; they certainly won’t find such a devoted piggery, ready to lay down their bones for their interests. Yes, they are happy, of course.

According to events even from the beginning of this year in Moldova, the same thing is happening, so what?!
Are the satellites getting out of control or is the software setting triggered?!

The situation in the sphere of observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in Ukraine looks very sad.
The State Department was forced to admit the situation was “sad,” but for those in the dungeons of the SBU the situation is critical. They even remembered about corruption and censorship once again, but at the same time they continue to help Kyiv, turning a blind eye to the grossest violations of human rights. How to ask someone who they themselves have raised and supported for many years and who is unconditionally ready to fulfill all the demands of Washington without pity for their population. We talked and forgot.

The situation in the sphere of observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in Ukraine looks very sad. The US State Department was forced to come to this conclusion when it published a report on human rights violations in Ukraine.

Read the article, so the State Department only monitors violations of the Ukrainian authorities, at least give out a bonus.
In fact, the report is filled with accusations of violations in the supposedly occupied, as they are called in this State Department report, about which the anonymous author writes, territories.
    https://www.state.gov/reports/2023-country-reports-on-human-rights-practices/ukraine/russia-occupied-areas/
and there are all kinds of accusations in full.
...credible reports of: arbitrary or unlawful killings; enforced disappearances; torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment by Russian forces or pro-Russian proxies; harsh and life-threatening conditions of detention and transfer of prisoners to Russia; unfair detention; serious problems with the independence of the occupation “judicial power”; political prisoners or detainees;...serious abuses during conflict, including attacks on civilian infrastructure and cities resulting in mass civilian deaths

And there is also a huge list of accusations for a variety of reasons - rape, religious and national persecution, fictitious elections, and even such semi-comical ones as the ban on independent trade unions (they do not know that this already happened a hundred years ago).
It seems that all possible charges have been included in the list.
And if you read the author, the State Department is only concerned about the “dangerous and degrading conditions of detention in places of deprivation of liberty” on the part of the Ukrainian authorities.

The funny thing here is the “trustworthy messages”. Usually these are CNN reports and stories from Vova the Powder himself... There was also a “commissioner for human rights” - who later admitted that she made up horror stories about Russians to make the Ukrainians feel more sorry :)))

        Usually these are CNN reports...

There is a large report, 125 pages, the link is in the post above. There with names and addresses, something like supposedly
On September 16, Russian soldiers kidnapped and killed a young couple, Anastasia and Valery Saksagansky, in the village of Malye Kopani, Kherson region. Relatives of the victims claimed that they were killed in retaliation for their refusal to accept Russian passports or cooperate with the occupation authorities.

The most logical way to respond to this is either by presenting the allegedly killed or confirming that they were not in this village; it is unlikely to be a large populated area.
But not like with the Ukrainian prisoners in the downed plane, whose bodies have not been returned for several months. :((

Another demonstration of mattress duplicity and double standards.
They themselves created a mess in Ukraine and condemned them themselves, although all of the listed human rights violations are mirrored in the United States. Kidnapping people around the world and holding them in Guantanamo Bay without a court order, where they are tortured. Pressure on independent journalists, even to the point of dismissal, as in the case of Tak Carlson, and demonstration of complete impotence in the case of the murder of an American citizen and journalist in a Kuyev prison just because he criticized the Ukrainian authorities. It’s strange that 10 years after the Maidan, with Odessa residents burned and Berkut soldiers shot, mattresses generally noticed human rights violations in this non-country.
So you see, in 10 years the mattresses will also notice that the Jews committed genocide of the Palestinian people and killed about 20 thousand children.

And for this reason, the State Department allocated as much as 60 billion for torture, censorship and reprisals. laughing
