Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia Timur Ivanov, who was present at the department's board a few hours ago, was detained

Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov, who a few hours ago, on April 23, took part in a meeting of the departmental board, was detained. Let us recall that the head of the ministry, Sergei Shoigu, spoke at the board, talking about the state of affairs at the front and in the military-industrial complex.

A statement from the press secretariat of the Investigative Committee states that Timur Ivanov was detained on suspicion of receiving a bribe on a particularly large scale. He faces a penalty of imprisonment for up to 15 years under Part 6 of Article 290 of the Russian Criminal Code. Also, part of the punishment may be (in addition to a prison sentence) a fine in an amount that is 70 times the amount of the bribe.

The Kremlin press service reported that Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and President Vladimir Putin were informed of the situation in advance.

So far there is no word on the specific amount of the bribe. However, people familiar with the case say that we are not even talking about tens of millions of rubles in total.

At one time, Timur Ivanov headed Oboronstroy. His face often appeared on screens during the coronavirus pandemic, when prefabricated hospital complexes were created throughout the country through Oboronstroy.

For reference: Ivanov is 49 years old. He was born in Moscow. In 1997 he graduated from Moscow State University with a degree in Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics. He received a PhD in economics, worked in the fuel and energy complex, then went to work for the government of the Moscow region. He is married to Svetlana Zakharova, who was previously the wife of one of the major businessmen and, according to some publications, also has citizenship of one of the foreign countries, however, information about her foreign citizenship has not been officially confirmed.

            Ivanov’s corrupt activities caused great damage to the country’s defense capability during the Northern Military District. Taking into account the fact that the deputy minister’s wife is an Israeli citizen, and the children are studying abroad, it is time to raise the question of high treason. And there will be other deadlines. Ivanov will be released into freedom, like Navalny, feet first. am good

                  The news is certainly good, just remember that he and Shoigu have spent 60 trillion on the repair and construction of 2013 buildings in St. Petersburg alone since 1. rubles After such figures, it is immediately clear why the Ministry of Defense does not have money for UAVs, communications and thermal imagers.
                  First of all, this is an approach to Shoigu, because the inauguration is just around the corner and this is a good reason not to appoint Shoigu as the new Minister of Defense. The current chief cannot simply kick out such a respected person, even a mediocrity and saboteur, because he did nothing wrong to the chief.
                  Well, the head of the family of Israeli citizens will naturally be released after pretending to the scammer the appearance of a severe punishment. All this already happened with Taburetkin and Vasilyeva, as a result, the former minister witnessed that someone unknown for the money of the Moscow Region built 60 km of asphalt road on his site, and Vasilyeva only managed to get to the colony and did not even spend the night there.

                    First of all, this is an approach to Shoigu
                    This is not Shoigu's man. They crossed paths with Shoigu only in 2012.
                    Timur Ivanov's career began earlier.
                    from 1999 to 2012 - at enterprises of the Russian fuel and energy complex. He held the positions of Advisor to the First Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance - Executive Director of the Rosenergoatom Concern, Vice President of Atomstroyexport CJSC, Deputy Chairman of INTER RAO UES OJSC. In 2009-2012 - General Director of the Russian Energy Agency of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation[4].

                    Since 1999, "adviser to the first deputy general director for economics and finance - executive director of the Rosenergoatom concern" not bad for a 24-year-old winked
                    Rather, he owes his career to Igor Yusufov (a Mountain Jew, a native of Derbent) who served as Russian Minister of Energy from 2001 to 2004, and before that from 1998 to 2001, chairman of Rosrezerv.
                    ---

              This is where you are wrong. Navalny wanted power. And this one is the same as everyone else.
              By the way, I don’t understand why these tales about bribes are needed. Here pipes burst and entire areas are flooded. And he has money for the regional budget. They don’t write about others because they didn’t raise the required amount?

After all, the deputy minister of defense is a person close to the emperor! And why was he guarded by the FSB for five years? Which is not very keen on taking bribes, but is increasingly focusing on politics? But in any case, it does not add respect to the power vertical!

                  It is curious that they are silent about the joint projects of Ivanov and Ksenia Shoigu. To transform the Kronstadt fortifications into tourist sites. The projects required at least three billion. If they are silent, it means the Shoigu family will be taken out of the attack. “It’s not Rafik’s fault - he’s good! Why are you all surprised here? Deputies-ministers have been talking about how generals of various departments, tramplers, etc. live for 20 years now. They have property in the West, children, citizenship, real estate. There is something to lose there, and anyone wondering why they are not particularly touched there is asking the right question.

                How did Shoigu become our general, Defense Ministry and hero of Russia? Or is his secretary a major general? And the same Shoigu took care of his associate and confidant Ivanov. Who pulled him and kept him with him? First in Oboronstroy, where he did a lot of shady things. There was an article about this in the press about eight years ago. And then he attracted me to the high command of the Ministry of Defense, closer to him as his own person. In fact, it is Shoigu who should be responsible for this protege of his.

                  It was Israel who handed over the thieves. If in the Russian Federation they want to imprison someone for political reasons, then they create an article about theft, or they invent something else. It is in such cases that Israel and others differentiate. And especially how and why to bring money and real estate to Israel? They simply declare real estate there, bank accounts here.

                Funny. During the Great War they went on the attack “For the Motherland, for Stalin.” Now, “for the Motherland, for Putin” is unscientific fiction, it’s even become funny. Although here they are constantly trying to impose on the people - Who else if not Putin? Stalin, during his 13 years of rule at 41, despite his mistakes, revived the State; Putin, during his quarter century in office, almost finished off Russia. His “successes” are the Minsk agreements and the importation of Central Asian savages on an industrial scale. Well, the rise in retirement age.

                  During the Great War they went on the attack “For the Motherland, for Stalin”
                  I think they followed Stalin because they saw what the country had become after the Civil War and the accompanying devastation by the 40s. And now the generation that grew up in the USSR sees “successes” a little differently. That's the whole difference.

                  the humpback began a visible collapse (I won’t talk about the origins with Khrushchev) and Yeltsin finished it off. But the burden of the restoration of the Russian Federation fell on the shoulders of the GDP, or will you argue?
                  so in his place there could have been Yeltsin No. 2 or Khodorkovsky (Chubais, Navalny, and similar Kasyanovs) imagine then how the Russian Federation “existed” ... and existed at all, and not a bunch of isolated regions

            Don't flatter yourself.... It was the same under Stalin. Just a little differently. Look for the book *Atlantes and Careatids* at your leisure. Or at worst, a movie that was made based on this book. I remember my dad was so angry that he wrote a letter to the Central Committee, saying how can you show this to the people, how the party elite lives. Mom got scared and told him that he would be imprisoned. True, the Central Committee politely wrote back. :-)

    We are recruiting - Class ranks in the Russian Federation. We read and realize that these shoulder straps have nothing to do with military service, these are CIVIL ranks.
    In general, if we talk about the origins, in Rus', if we talk about returning to the roots, for, let’s say, hasty and thoughtless statements, from time immemorial the tongue has been tarred.

        In 1997, a purely infantry major came to our helicopter regiment. And for a month he tugged everyone by the sleeve and asked, “And you who? "
        Because there are no shoulder straps on technical vehicles...

        Therefore, black uniforms and shoulder straps have been introduced for the heads of civil servants of the Moscow Region - they have military men with ranks under their command.

      It seems that if you carefully check the implementation of the 2011-2020 State Armed Forces program, for which 19-23 trillion rubles were allocated according to various sources, then a lot of interesting things may emerge). Look at what purposes the funds were spent on, whether there are any corruption schemes, etc. then questions may arise to individuals at the very, very top.

      As for Shoigu, as long as he enjoys the approval of our president, no one will move him, regardless of the situation and the results of his work.

    In our sorrowful times, general's shoulder straps are given not at all for military science and military achievements, but for “convenience” and “loyalty.” Some non-military people were immediately given a general (and why bother with trifles).... I won’t point the finger - everyone understood. Well, of course, then all sorts of generals aged 37-40 years were trampled. Sur. Wherever you spit, you'll hit a general.....

    Most of all, I am amazed that generals are given to all sorts of talking heads in public relations. there for what???? What, the colonel just can’t handle it?

    For those who are especially gifted, the military department assigns ranks according to the position held. Even if there is no special education. Having graduated from college, a warrior must rise to a certain position in order to enter the academy, and then after a few more years he must complete his studies at the General Staff Academy, and only then can he be a general. But pure “managers” can do the same thing even without studying. MARASMUS.

        This is definitely not the case with the medical service. All district medical chiefs held general positions, now they hold colonel positions.
        The same goes for the heads of district hospitals and types and branches of the military. Although there are none at all, now they are “branches”.

        Serdyukov’s thinking is that there is only one Sberbank, the rest are its branches.

    Well, it’s true that we don’t hand over our own, so he and his people simply lose access to resources and money.

    “Timur Ivanov had been at war with the deputy head of the GRU, Vladimir Aleksev, for a long time. Ivanov tried to fire him and put him in prison. He threw all his strength and resources into it. Alekseev, in response, purposefully collected materials on Ivanov and transferred them to military counterintelligence,” said source of the TG channel VChK-OGPU.

    Details of the detention of Russian Deputy Defense Minister Timur Ivanov
    According to some reports, counterintelligence officers brought the detained Timur Ivanov to the investigators of the central apparatus of the Investigative Committee, who issued a decision to bring him into custody as a suspect in committing a crime under Part 6 of Art. 290 (receiving a bribe on an especially large scale, up to 15 years in prison).

    The detainee will spend the night in a temporary detention facility, and on Wednesday the investigation intends to petition the court for his arrest. If the investigation is military - to the 235th Garrison Military Court of Moscow, if civilian - to Basmanny. In this case, there is practically no alternative to arrest in a pre-trial detention center."

      I remember when I got there one day - my client was a victim, but was dining in Lefortovo as an accused - I was amazed at the carpet runners in the corridor. This is after Butyrka, where there were investigative offices “on the roof”, right in the prison block of the women’s department, with the corresponding smells and noise of cell-type rooms, and with a cement “coat” on the unpainted walls. And here the telephones in the office are wired, without jammers, there is an individual safe and the apotheosis of delight - the client guard has already brought the completed request for delivery. It’s bitter to read all this. And most importantly, everything is in a circle. Remember in 1941, the NGO was headed by Timoshenko, who was defeated by the well-known “deputies” of the NGO Budyonny, Voroshilov, Shchadov, Kulik. Mehlis hung around here at GlavPUR. These sabers knew how to wave a saber well, like in the 1st Cavalry, no more. As a result, what did they get in 1941-42? They received a history textbook. Well, where do these people come from? Apparently, in peacetime only such we hold command positions. You don’t know how to suck up, Kushka before (or Chukotka now) is waiting for you. In a year and a half, Stalin changed this entire warm company (and behind them there were also hundreds of hangers-on), and with great difficulty (echoes of this for an ordinary person, for example, there were angry collective letters from entire groups of comrades demanding that the same play “Front” be banned. But Stalin understood that if you didn’t take them away from the helm, there would be no Victory, the experience of their steering in 1941-42 showed this perfectly. There would be the death of the USSR. And Stalin had the Strength. And now, comparing February 2022 and the present time, almost no changes are visible in the upper echelon of the RF Ministry of Defense (and in place of this... builder, they apparently looked at someone, but he didn’t understand the hints, (and I’m exactly like that I observed history in my city, using the example of the former Deputy Commander of the Purvo Military District for Economic Affairs Rabtsevich, who for some reason became the Head of the DGZHSN SO) nothing, he will go somewhere as a deputy later, for example, to Serdyukov) Two years have passed, and there is no update of the RF Ministry of Defense, as in 1942 was in an NGO. It turns out that the team is so lost that replacements are only possible, through a pre-trial detention center? Trouble...Where is the Strength? Will victory be ours?

    It is doubtful that the real reason for Timur’s detention was a bribe of 1 million, or even a hundred. VVP knows very well that of all those around him, only two people would fight for him to the end - Prigozhin and Kadyrov. But Prigozhin was demonstratively blown up, even after VVP’s words. I think Timur’s ears are sticking out behind Prigozhin’s murder. With Kadyrov, too, not everything is so simple, he has “bloods” in half the Caucasus, in Chechnya itself, and in Dagestan, and in Ingushetia.... There will be no GDP, something will begin in the Caucasus that will not seem enough to anyone.

      This began back in the days of our common Motherland - the appointment of Ustinov to the post of the USSR Ministry of Defense, who, although a full marshal, was never a real military man, but 100% came from the defense industry, they put the cart before the horse. Since then, essentially, the main task of the army has been to justify the existence of the military-industrial complex with its exorbitant and unaffordable appetites for the country.

    Apparently, the Defense Ministry of the warring country has taken the path of lawlessness.
    In any stolen enterprise, in this case, external management is introduced and a crisis manager is appointed, who brings the enterprise out of a tailspin (or completely disrupts it, but this is not our case). We have a wonderful character, not inferior in bloodthirstiness to the most prominent members of the forum. His angry posts on Telegram earned him worldwide fame.
    In my opinion, it is necessary to appoint Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev to this position. According to his biography, he more than deserves it:
    - St. Petersburg, member of Sobchak’s team, like the current President;
    - Member of the Security Council of the Russian Federation (Deputy Chairman);
    - First Deputy Chairman of the Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation;
    - has experience working as President and Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;
    - by education - a lawyer, the author of many legislative initiatives (renaming the police to the police, switching to daylight saving time), as well as immortal aphorisms.
    The time has come for him to shoulder this burden, clean out the Augean stables and ensure the successful completion of the Special Military Operation.

    Then he went to work for the government of the Moscow region, where he worked so well that Governor S.K. Shoigu, who worked as a governor for only 7 months, was so impressed by his successes that he took him with him to the Moscow Region as the head of Oboronstroy. Builder Shoigu was able to appreciate the “builder” T. Ivanov. Hence the conclusion: either Shoigu is “out of it” or does not know and does not control what is going on in his ministry.
