Russian security forces continue to identify accomplices of the Ukrainian special services throughout Russia; another arrest took place in Bryansk. As reported by the FSB Central Operations Center, a Russian who was planning a terrorist attack on instructions from his curators in Kyiv fell into the hands of Russian intelligence officers.
FSB officers prevented a terrorist attack in Bryansk by detaining a Russian citizen who is a supporter of Ukrainian nationalists. According to reports, the detainee was preparing a terrorist attack using an improvised explosive device, which he took from a hiding place. He will receive an assignment to carry out a terrorist attack from Ukrainian curators.

The would-be terrorist was detained with a homemade explosive device, which he seized from a hiding place. Currently, the detainee is under arrest; a criminal case has been initiated under two articles, the maximum penalty for which is 20 years in prison.
Operational and investigative measures in the case continue, security forces are looking for the terrorist’s accomplices who planted the IED in the cache.
