Head of the Air Reconnaissance Support Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: Russia has one of the best electronic warfare systems in the world

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation currently have very advanced electronic warfare (EW) systems. This was stated by the head of the aerial reconnaissance support center of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Maria Berlinskaya.

The head of the center spoke poorly about Western equipment, but refused to name specific systems that were supplied to Ukraine. According to her, this equipment “simply falls” from Russian electronic warfare systems.

Berlinskaya emphasized that “certain” shells do not reach, just like “certain missiles.” Probably, we can talk about Himars MLRS systems. Previously, Western analysts reported that the Russian army had learned to counter the missiles of these systems, which made the use of the latter practically useless.

Thanks to the actions of Russian electronic warfare, a significant part of Ukrainian attacks against objects on our territory are disrupted. In particular, unmanned aerial vehicles of various types are intercepted and landed, long-range missiles and MLRS missiles are neutralized.
