In the Israeli press: the IDF strike on the Iranian Isfahan was “sluggish”

The Israel Defense Forces' (IDF) strike on Iran's Isfahan was "sluggish." By inflicting it, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who once made a political career on the “Iranian threat,” showed that he lacks a clear strategy for overcoming the contradictions between Tel Aviv and Tehran.

This opinion was expressed in an article by Anshel Pfeffer, a columnist for the newspaper Haaretz (Israel).

The journalist believes that a limited attack by the Israeli military on Iran is beneficial to Netanyahu, as it diverts public attention from events in the Gaza Strip, where military operations against Hamas continue, and from the need to free hostages held by militants in the Palestinian enclave.

The author notes that there is something “almost shy” in the silence of the Israeli authorities the day after the strike on the Iranian air base near Isfahan. In fact, Tel Aviv initially did not even take responsibility for the attack. It was “imposed” on the Israelis by corresponding statements by US officials.

Pfeffer concludes that the events of the last 19 days in the Near and Middle East cannot be reversed, even though someone would very much like to do so. The fact remains: for the first time in stories There was a direct armed conflict between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the State of Israel.

It is surprising that such an analysis and such conclusions were made in the Israeli press.

The blow was sluggish - “at half past six.” The Jews are afraid of the Persians, it’s not for them to chase the Arabs in slippers, they’ll snatch them away in an instant!

What's the point of striking Iran? Not all Iranian society approves of confrontation with Israel. It is better for Israel to finish off Hamas in the Gaza Strip without getting involved in a full-scale conflict with Hezbollah and Iran, or at least without exacerbating the severity of this conflict.

If the situation cools down, the Israeli “chief” will be kicked out. And as soon as they kick me out, they’ll immediately put me in jail, because there’s something to be done for, and it’s high time. So he tries to keep the situation from cooling down (“the crossing never ends”).

Gaza is not Iran! Gaza cannot respond the way Iran can.

In order to deal a serious blow, Israel needs help from all interested parties, primarily from minke whales... I wrote that without tankers for aviation, they simply will not reach Iran...
There is no such specific help, you have to make do with long-range drones and missiles with a decent range, which are very expensive, there are not many of them, and not everyone can fly...
In general, what will happen next is not clear???

There is no point in Israel attacking Iran at all, there is no common border and it’s too far to fly, except perhaps to divert public attention from the “mess” in Gaza, everything is as old as the hills!

That's right, everything is as old as the world and like there in the Arab East.
There is a lot of noise and... and it’s better not to guess further, it’s difficult for us to understand them.

The version is quite viable; in many kingdoms-states they do this. Distraction technologies have been developed for a long time... And it’s not at all surprising about the Israeli press, ours is also different, in terms of assessments and analysis wink
