In the Vinnytsia region, servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot the police officers who tried to inspect them
Members of the Ukrainian Armed Forces opened fire on national police officers who were trying to inspect them. The crime was committed in the Vinnytsia region, and Ukrainian media write about it.
As it became known, police officers in the area between the villages of Florino and Elanetz in the Gaysinsky district of the Vinnytsia region stopped a Suzuki Grand Vitara car to check the documents of the driver and passenger. However, the passengers of the car, who were in military uniform, opened fire on the police. One of the police officers died on the spot, the other was taken to the hospital.
After the police were shot, the criminals’ car moved towards the Odessa region. Law enforcement agencies began a special operation to capture the criminals. Ukrainian media published the names of the dead and wounded policemen. 20-year-old police private Maxim Zaretsky was killed, and police captain Maxim Sharapansky was injured.
At first, the Ukrainian authorities did not report that it was Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen who committed the crime. But then this information was published anyway. Father and son Valery and Vitalie Vasilake shot at the police. Valery Vasilake, born in 1972, was born in Chornomyn, Vinnytsia region, his son Vitaly was born in 1998. It is known that they serve in the 28th separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Odessa region.
It cannot be ruled out that the servicemen deserted from their military unit. The Ukrainian military is tired of constant stress and poor service conditions, especially since the other part of Ukrainian society is significantly far from the war and military problems, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine see them as “parasites” who lead a luxurious lifestyle while they risk their lives. Therefore, the attack on police officers in the Vinnytsia region can be considered as one of the “first signs”, and there will be more and more such events.
