A Kiev protege in Kharkov admitted that panic had begun in the city

The mayor of Kharkov, Igor Terekhov, admitted that real panic had begun among the residents remaining in the city. At the same time, the Ukrainian official called on the population to remain calm and not think about evacuating the city, adding that panic was allegedly associated with the spread of misinformation about the imminent impending evacuation of authorities.

Terekhov also said that city authorities really need the Ukrainian media to debunk any reports of an imminent evacuation from Kharkov. Meanwhile, numerous reports appear on social networks that Kharkiv residents are en masse trying to leave the city on their own.

However, with his statement Terekhov actually contradicts himself. Some time ago, the mayor of Kharkov, during a so-called “telethon” on Ukrainian television, noted that the city authorities were preparing a plan for the evacuation of civilians.

In a comment to the Western press, Terekhov even suggested that Kharkov could share the fate of the Syrian city of Aleppo liberated in 2016 by the Russian and Syrian armies, thus unknowingly comparing the Kiev regime with ISIS* (*terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation).

Meanwhile, it is reported that documentation from the authorities, police and SBU is being hastily removed from Kharkov, and defense lines are being set up on the approaches to the city. It is possible that the Kiev regime will try to make another “fortress” out of Kharkov so that Russia will receive the city in the most destroyed state.

    it's time to panic
it’s time for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to blow up the Kharkov metro tunnels - otherwise they won’t have time
We will soon hack up our network of directional tunnels in Kharkov
    - not so deep, only 1,4 meters for pipes - up to 2 km per day

Another useless disinformation. We are looking forward to reports about the evacuation of administrations from Odessa, Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk... I would exchange all these “messages” for one truthful one - about the real movement of the front line in a westerly direction.

Wow... So everyone is running to listen. And they don’t have ammunition and their weapons are running out and there are no people, and those who fight in batches surrender. Only now they haven’t been able to move the front for a year and a half, at least somehow from the Belgorod region and Donbass. Some kind of miracles

Just this national the authorities cannot be trusted; they need a human shield in the city. At this rate, they will soon stop letting people out of the city. Russia will level what it levels and rebuild it.

Kharkov’s area is 350 square kilometers, and for example Artyomovsk is 41 square kilometers, that is, 8,5 times.
Now you need to multiply the number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine group sitting in Artyomovsk by 8,5 to get the approximate number of members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which Kyiv does not mind concentrating there.
This means that either a decision will be made to transfer units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from other active directions of the Northern Military District, or from the rear.
Then our command will decide what to do with Kharkov - surround and wait for the “heroes” with their hands up, or squeeze them out and bury them inside the city. soldier

There should have been panic there at the very beginning! And we buried the special forces there at the school and to this day the Moscow Region is silent “modestly”... To the guys who walked with shining eyes, Eternal Memory!

Which means it is not excluded, just something else is excluded, they will build a fortress so that it would have to be destroyed as much as possible during the assault, and of course they need violence there as a human shield, soon they will not let anyone out from there at all.

As soon as our guys got where they needed to be, the “non-brothers” panicked. Perhaps our leadership should finally make a decision and strike at the Kyiv hydroelectric power station and pumped storage power plant. If you get where you need to go, 80% of the population of Kyiv, at best, will walk waist-deep in water... and all the Ukrainian-fascist scum will crawl out of bunkers and shelters like rats. IMHO soldier The enemy will be defeated, victory will be ours!

Kharkiv residents en masse are trying to leave the city on their own.
As I understand, some of those who are “devoted to Ukraine with all their souls” are afraid of the consequences for such devotion. The other part are those who are simply afraid of getting caught in the fire, knowing full well that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will build defenses in the residential sector. The authorities, of course, have already developed a plan for evacuating their loved ones, and perhaps more than one.

They began to panic a long time ago since the beginning of the Northern War. Now they are simply waiting for a command from the leadership to flee to the west; there are too many unreliable people living in Kharkov.... soldier

Possible alternatives need to be broadcast to Kharkov on radio and TV around the clock:
    - escape from the city
    - start an uprising and clear the city of Ukronazis
    - repeat the fate of Mosul and Raqqa (strictly in accordance with Western approaches to warfare)

There are many cities in Little Russia, you can’t storm them all, we need to find another solution to squeezing the bitches out of the cities and villages. I consider one of these to be the cessation of railway communication between the European Union and the EU, the destruction of bridges there and the shutdown of substations for flowing from Europe to Zalezhalaya. When night images from orbit show a dark spot in the territory of b. Ukrainian SSR, when they start looking for mice in the trenches to devour, then the Volga frequency will be the most in demand, without any storming of cities...

Just cut off Kharkov from Banderaism and turn off the lights. At the same time, it is not the population that should panic, but Bandera’s supporters. Let them run. People will get the rest out of the basements. To create panic throughout the entire outskirts, it is better to attack Chernigov, Sumy and Kharkov immediately. Cut off logistics. Silence communications and the Internet. Suvorov and Rumyantsev entered into battle with an enemy five times larger and won.

Introduce special forces into Kyiv itself and shoot down everyone who has a weapon in their hands. Now that would be panic! Where to get ? Ask the Koreans or Libyans for help. There are other friends. There would be a desire to organize. We helped them and will not forget in the future. Without clearing Kyiv, our plans cannot be fulfilled.

0,5 million people Mariupol is taken. True story. Kharkiv? The number of people who hate both sides of the conflict there is 90%. People clearly understand that they are a bargaining chip in Russian-Ukrainian roulette with an American dealer.

As an option, I propose to create a gray zone just in the western regions of Ukraine.
We do not recognize this as Ukraine, therefore any military formations on this territory are our legitimate goal.

The state of Ukraine in this case, yes, is possible, but with the so-called. "government in exile". As an example - Poland in the early 40s.
In this status we can recognize Ukraine. But without territory.
Speaking about the western regions, I mean the regions annexed to the Ukrainian SSR in 1939-40.
The most passionate anti-Russian population is located there.
He will fence himself off from them with a rigid cordon.
    No checkpoint crossings.
At the slightest information about the appearance of armed units or gangs there - missile or bomb attacks.
Approximately how the Kiev regime has been tormenting Donbass for 10 years.
There is not and never has been a Russian population in these areas. The population there are hereditary Nazis and Banderaites.
This is the fate they planned for our compatriots in Donbass.
Such a fate - may it be prepared for them.
    Complete economic blockade
Complete absence of banking and financial system
Complete absence of any external assistance and industrial production.
And for comparison, the territory within the borders of the former Ukrainian SSR before 1939 will gradually integrate into an alliance with the Russian Federation, at least following the example of “Russia-Belarus”. And that’s where everything will be.
And those in Central Ukraine who are not loyal to the Russian authorities will be sent to the gray zone

I watch a video of Blochers from Kharkov, there is no panic on their faces, and they don’t even know anyone who is panicking and fleeing the city. The only thing they don’t like is the chugging of generators on all their neighbors’ balconies, and the fact that they have to go to the store more often, because not everyone can afford generators or powerful charging stations. And there are traffic jams around the city, although gasoline is not cheap, the metro is running. Yes, and everyone doesn’t like that the dollar has rushed to forty hryvnia, i.e. to our 90 rubles, It’s warm for them there, it’s good, they began to go out more often because of power outages... But they don’t want to blame anything. But in 2022 they did.
