Russian air defense systems on duty intercepted three American-made ATACMS operational tactical missiles over the Black Sea waters. The enemy ammunition was destroyed and caused no damage.

It is possible that it was one of these munitions that the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev reported this morning in his Telegram channel. His morning post talked about an air target destroyed over the sea by air defense forces. According to the official, it did not reach the city and did not cause any harm, since it was shot down at a great distance from the coast. Razvozhaev made his message at about six o'clock in the morning.
The defense department also said in a statement that that same night, when trying to attack targets on Russian territory, the enemy used rockets from the Czech RM-70 Vampire and Drones aircraft type, which were intercepted over the Belgorod region. In total, Russian air defense forces destroyed 25 rockets and three drone Ukrainian military.
The Ukrainian military has been attempting terrorist attacks on Russian regions since the very beginning of the special operation. Therefore, in those of them that are located near the borders of Ukraine, a medium level of response was introduced by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
