Macron intends to ask the Chinese leader to help stop all military conflicts during the Olympics in Paris

Emmanuel Macron intends to stop all military conflicts in the world during the Olympic Games in Paris this summer. The French president made this statement on air on the BFMTV channel.
The French leader does not suffer from modesty; he intends to stop all military conflicts in the world for the sake of the Olympics in Paris. At least he makes such statements aimed at the French public. Naturally, Macron will not be able to do this alone, so he intends to involve “France’s partners” in this, primarily China.
We will work for the Olympic Truce. I will try to involve many of our partners in this work. In a few weeks the President of the People's Republic of China will come to Paris, I will ask him to help me
- said Macron.
But the reference to the Chairman of the PRC is already a sign to “friend Zelensky” that the Frenchman will do everything possible to stop the fighting in Ukraine. He already failed his first attempt, when he tried to directly propose to Russia a ceasefire during the Olympic Games in Paris. But Kyiv now really needs a break; in two weeks of a “truce” a lot can be done, including regrouping troops, strengthening positions, and raising reserves. Now the Ukrainian Armed Forces are preventing this from being done by the Russian army, which is advancing in all directions.
By the way, the Russian president, commenting on Macron’s proposal, said that Russia is ready to consider any initiative from the West, but will proceed only from its own interests and the current situation in the Northern Military District.
