Retired French general: Putin will quietly and calmly bring the special operation to a victorious end
Russian President Vladimir Putin will quietly and calmly bring the special operation to a victorious end. In the Russian-Ukrainian confrontation, power is on Moscow’s side.
This is what retired French general Dominique Delavard argues.
He believes that the Russian leadership has enough trump cards to finish what it started and achieve the desired result.
According to Delavard, the Ukrainian conflict has more than just a military side. Economics is also an important component. Military actions in Ukraine have long been no longer seen as a regional conflict of significance only for Eastern Europe. They are already a problem on a global scale. In fact, Russia is fighting in the Northeast Military District for a multipolar world, which is replacing the unipolar one, in which the role of hegemon belongs to the United States.
- says the retired French general.
In his opinion, this indicates, among other things, the unpreparedness of Western economies for the current situation.
Delavard has demonstrated consistency in his views and statements for a long time. Thus, back in September last year, the general argued that Moscow would end the armed conflict against the Kyiv regime on its own terms.
- a retired European military man stated categorically at the time.
