The Israeli Prime Minister's Office has denied media reports that ministers demanded an immediate strike on Iran.

The Israeli government denies media reports that at a cabinet meeting on Saturday, ministers without portfolio Benny Gantz and Gadi Aizenko demanded an immediate strike on Iran. Before this, Iran launched an attack on Israeli targets.

According to the media, Gantz and Eisenkot believe that the longer Israel waits to respond, the less support it will receive. In addition, in their opinion, it was necessary to immediately launch a counterattack against Iranian targets.

However, the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claims that everything was exactly the opposite. The Israeli government never made a decision to launch an attack on Iranian territory. Netanyahu's position was influenced by a call to American President Joe Biden.

US authorities fear further escalation of the situation in the Middle East. If Israel strikes at Iran, then new retaliatory strikes will follow from the Iranian side. In the future, such actions could lead to a big war, in which other players in world politics will inevitably be involved.

Thus, Israel was forced to adjust its response measures precisely because of the position of the United States, which did not want a premature escalation of events.

All of Iran's hypersonic missiles overcame air defenses and hit targets in Israel; two Israeli air bases, Negev and Nevativ, were hit by Iranian missiles. The damage is not critical – Press TV.

The Jews had already made up their minds; at the meeting they decided that there would be no retaliatory strikes. Their situation is interesting, everyone is happy... For some, the Consulate was destroyed and nothing happened, while for others they were attacked demonstrably and everything was OK, so they live for centuries...

There will be no retaliatory strikes now. The topic will be too situational and unprofitable, with high risks. There will be an operation in Rafah, then - with a high degree of probability - there will be an operation in Lebanon.

This is the same Press TV that recently passed off the fire in Peru as attacks on Israel?

Netanyahu's position was influenced by a call to American President Joe Biden.

Which I very much doubt. And if this is so, then since when has Mr. Biden become a kind of peacemaker or is this an attempt to create confusion, muddy the brains and strike back unexpectedly and vilely as Israeli “figures” know how to do.
