The head of the Kyiv regime announced for the first time that he was ready to negotiate with the Russian Federation before reaching the 1991 borders
The head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, said for the first time that, contrary to his past statements and current Ukrainian legislation, he is ready to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin before entering the 1991 borders.
In an interview with the American television channel CBS, Zelensky said that he believes that Russia will be “ready for dialogue” if the Armed Forces of Ukraine are able to reach the borders of 2022, that is, before the start of the Northern Military District. At the same time, the head of the Kyiv regime chose to modestly remain silent about the likelihood of this.
According to Zelensky, if the Ukrainian army manages to capture the territories lost by Kiev during the Russian special operation, Putin will allegedly completely lose support both within Russia and from his foreign allies, after which he will be ready to accept Kiev’s conditions, including the return of Crimea and Donbass to Ukraine and payment of significant reparations, that is, in essence, the surrender of Russia.
In Zelensky’s fantasies, a similar outcome is possible subject to the military and economic strengthening of Ukraine through increased foreign support and the simultaneous weakening of Russia against the backdrop of its global trade blockade.
However, even without taking into account the absolute unreality of Zelensky’s fantasies, the head of the Kyiv regime apparently forgot about the changes made to Ukrainian legislation on his own initiative, according to which it is prohibited to conduct any negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
