Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Slovakia: In 2022, a person who was part of a group collaborating with ISIS entered the country from Ukraine under the guise of a refugee
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Slovakia gave an example of the fact that on the territory of Ukraine they have recently given shelter to persons suspected of committing terrorist crimes or aiding terrorism. The corresponding statement was made by the head of the Slovak Ministry of Internal Affairs, Matus Shutai Eshtok.
According to him, the department is developing a case about how in 2022 a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan arrived across the Ukrainian-Slovak border into the EU under the guise of a refugee. This person was suspected of having ties to a terrorist organization. Eshtok does not publish the name of the organization, but emphasizes that it is affiliated with ISIS (*terrorist group banned in the Russian Federation) - approx. "IN").
Eshtok added that Slovak law enforcement officers eventually arrested the native of Tajikistan.
Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Slovakia:
According to Eshtok, the person detained in Slovakia is not directly connected with the terrorist group that carried out the terrorist attack in the Moscow region, but they add that the Slovak Ministry of Internal Affairs has information that he is also part of structures collaborating with ISIS*.
The day before, Russian President Vladimir Putin pointed out the zeal with which Western countries, led by the United States, are trying to convince everyone that the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall was carried out by ISIS*.
