The youngest of the terrorists, Muhammadsobir Fayzov, was brought to court in a medical chair; he was wounded during detention. It was Fayzov who videotaped what was happening in the concert hall, and was also driving the car in which the terrorists tried to escape from the crime scene.

Thus, Muhammadsobir Fayzov, Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda and Shamsidin Fariduni were placed under arrest for two months, all of them are accused of committing a terrorist act as part of an organized group, resulting in death (clause “b” of part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The sanctions under this article provide for life imprisonment.

As the Investigative Committee previously reported, as a result of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, 137 people were killed and 182 were injured. The numbers are not final; the debris in the building is still being cleared. 11 people were detained in the case, including all four direct participants in the shooting of people.
