The Rostov governor reported a fire at the Novocherkassk State District Power Plant

The Rostov governor reported a fire at the transformer substation of the Novocherkassk State District Power Plant. According to Vasily Golubev, due to the fire, the 330 kV high-voltage lines were disconnected. Two power units of the power plant are temporarily out of service.

The governor of the Rostov region reports that the fire was extinguished by employees of the state district power station itself. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

Meanwhile, it became known about an attempt at a night unmanned attack by troops of the Kyiv regime on the Rostov region. Air defense crews destroyed several drones. According to recent data, some of drones were sent by the enemy to the Novocherkassk State District Power Plant.

Let us recall that earlier the enemy repeatedly tried to attack energy infrastructure and oil and gas complex facilities in the Rostov region. In particular, the largest oil refinery in the region, Novoshakhtinsky, was recently attacked.

In general, the Kiev regime is sending drones to other regions of Russia, including Belgorod, Kursk, Voronezh, Bryansk, Oryol, Kaluga, Tambov, Saratov, Samara, Moscow, Tula, and Leningrad regions.

I believe that the elimination of Bandera’s leadership can stop terrorism.

Recently, through the mouth of our government, it was said that a war had begun instead of ours. Therefore, there is no point in pitying and pitying the enemy - finally turn off the lights on the outskirts completely!!!

If this continues, then Nazi Ukraine will leave us without electricity and gasoline before we leave it. There are simply no words other than unparliamentary ones. am

Is this supposed to be reassuring? am Like "don't worry, you're not alone"? am Maybe it's time to take other actions to prevent such messages from happening?

Isn't it possible to convey information more directly? There was a UAV attack, some were shot down, some were not, transformers were damaged. There is no need to protect our nerves with this verbal dregs.

I agree that the floridness and elements of conspiracy in the statements of some governors whose territories were hit is surprising. In the age of the Internet, within an hour it will be known that an attack has occurred, and under this noise there will be fake news. So why shouldn’t the official, in order not to disperse the wave of fakes, immediately honestly report the incident and the measures taken.

Well, you can’t, because even the residents of 404 are watching this - why should they give feedback on the effectiveness of the attack. The Internet age works both ways. And it turns out neither here nor there.

Near important industrial enterprises, it is advisable to build multi-level car parks with reinforced floors capable of withstanding the placement of air defense systems on the roof. It is possible to build seven floors with the top two allocated for the location of air defense crews, with a freight elevator and hoist.
The threats from drones and cruise missiles will not go away even after the completion of the SVO. Ground-based air defense installations are hampered by trees, wires, buildings and the need to protect and fence off the territory.
And there is certainly a demand for parking spaces, quite acute in some places.
The construction of fortified multi-storey car parks cannot be considered a priority, but the problem cannot be ignored.

Lightweight anti-aircraft settings are required, while keeping in mind
1 To shoot down a drone, you don’t need large calibers, you need a high density of fire at a distance, which is achieved by a high rate of fire and a small dispersion diameter
2 As a rule, drones fly low and therefore they are detected at short distances, because trees make it difficult to notice them earlier.
From paragraph 1 and l.2 it follows that there is no point in creating a charger with any significant range, so you can limit yourself to a distance of 200-300m, and rifle calibers are well suited for this, for example, 4 barrels 5.45. A small caliber will greatly lighten the charger, it can be installed even on car towers, and of course there should be no visual detection or manual guidance, everything should be automated.

You won't be able to get by with aerial platforms. The crew needs to be located somewhere, and machine guns cannot be left unguarded. That is, the territory occupied by the anti-aircraft gun will have to be fenced off, ammunition stored somewhere, etc. And besides everything, aerial platforms do not have sufficient rigidity for firing in bursts; the cradle will wobble at a height.

Ukrainians should be bombed every day like 2 days ago

The cart is already full of videos. It’s difficult for them (governors) to analyze critical facilities on their territory (electricity/heat stations, oil industry, chemistry, etc.). After this, discuss with the military and management of enterprises measures for possible protection against drones. Something needs to be done, and not just throw up your hands and report to the media about another gope in the region.
