The Kiev regime struck Belgorod again, shelling the city with an RM-70 Vampire MLRS

The Kiev junta struck Belgorod again, shelling the city with the RM-70 Vampire MLRS. Russian air defense intercepted more than twenty rockets over the city. The Ministry of Defense reports this.

According to available data, Kyiv again launched indiscriminate attacks on Belgorod; some of the shells, not intercepted by air defense, hit the city center. There is damage to residential buildings; the dormitory building of the BSTU University was also damaged. Shukhov, the blow hit the roof of the building, the room where the students live was also damaged, and the windows were damaged. A large number of damaged vehicles were reported.

At about 17.50 Moscow time, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack on targets on the territory of the Russian Federation using the RM-70 Vampire multiple launch rocket system was stopped. Twenty-two missiles were destroyed by duty air defense systems in the air over the Belgorod region

- Reported in the Ministry of Defense.

There is no information yet on the casualties; law enforcement officers are working at the sites of the strikes and falling fragments of downed missiles. Rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations are clearing the rubble in the courtyard of a residential building on Slavy Avenue. The façade of the building was seriously damaged, and debris from the balcony fell onto cars. Private property damage was reported, with smoke rising from several homes.

The air raid signal in Belgorod was canceled at 19:05, but city residents are on full alert, since no one excludes that the MLRS attack will be followed by an attack drones.

Sorry, not to reproach you, but it’s easy to say. These people have been instilled with hatred of Russians 24/7 for decades, they have degraded to such an extent that they have lost all concepts of humanity. Crocus is not the only indicator, their attitude towards prisoners, and even towards their own people, is typical, the same tying to posts. This is natural fascism/Nazism, when non-humans consider themselves superior to others, and the rest as untermensch. History is cyclical.

By the way, anthropologists have a hypothesis that today’s great apes originated not from monkeys, but from degraded human communities. Looking at the shelling by Ukrainians of the center of Belgorod, Donetsk and other cities against obviously peaceful residents, I am increasingly inclined to the correctness of the new anthropological hypothesis that some specific human communities have moved towards degradation/regression.

        Dear Anarchist!
Similar institutions have been operating there for a long time, children from kindergarten are taught to kill Russians, teenagers are trained in Nazi camps, and the population is very supportive of all this.
I don’t know where Putin sees the fraternal people. If he was there before, which I personally always doubted, then now he is not there. 90% of the Ukrainian population hates Russians and Russia. These are enemies and this will last for a long time...

The entire longevity of Germany ended with the death of Hitler. The population of Ukraine is the same as the government in Kyiv. All this was described by Bulgakov - who is in power, so are the people, power changes, the population immediately changes

I think important events will happen in the next few days. The Ukrainian Main Intelligence Directorate will be officially accused of the terrorist attack, perhaps they will change the status of the military intelligence service to war, and they will strike the buildings of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Main Intelligence Directorate, and Administrations throughout Ukraine. I do not rule out an attack on the Government Quarter in Kyiv.
This will happen within a week at most. The strike on the gas hub confirms my assumptions...

Ukrainians have hundreds of MLRS. Yes, we have many times more of them, as well as other fire weapons, but every single one of them is dill
(NATO) long-range systems cannot be destroyed. Moreover, curators send new ones, albeit in smaller quantities.
For Belgorod, it is necessary to burn down the center of Kiev, the government quarter and finish off the power supply in Kharkov and other industrial and logistics centers. Moreover, it is turbogenerators at power plants. So as not to recover quickly.
And for Crocus it is necessary to track down and destroy the Ukrainian authorities. Various ranks. They are not in the trenches, they do not directly sense fear for their own skin, and that is why they come up with all sorts of terrorist actions.

How many Pantsir-S1/SM and Bukov-M3 are needed to cover Belgorod?

For a week and a half now, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been constantly attacking Belgorod, as well as border settlements, with Czech 122-mm RM-70 Vampire MLRS. The absence of at least a 20-kilometer “safety zone”, as well as the presence of the enemy’s entire known range of 122-mm extended-range projectiles (from the Polish M-21FK Feniks and Romanian ROK122 MIL Munav to the Czech JROF HEF and Serbian G2000 / ER Grad-2000) led to daily flights into the urban areas of the regional center.
The percentage of enemy 122-mm missiles intercepted by Russian anti-aircraft missiles often varies from 35% to 95% (on average 65%) and depends primarily on the total target channel and fire performance of the anti-aircraft missiles involved in repelling the attack, as well as the number of used enemy 122-mm rockets.
In cases where RM-70 crews of Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters use half or a full cassette of 40 JROF HEF type rockets, the impact is not completely stopped and 10 - 20 projectiles reach residential buildings. A completely logical question arises - why?

After all, all experts are well aware that one full-fledged anti-aircraft missile battery of the Buk-M3 military air defense system has six 9A317M self-propelled firing systems, 9S36M illumination radars of each of which have 6 target channels, and the ammunition load of each of them is represented by 6 highly maneuverable anti-aircraft missiles 9M317M. Therefore, one such battery, taking into account the ability of 9S36M radars to capture 122-mm missiles (with an effective reflective surface of 0,05 sq. m) at a distance of 40 km, is quite capable of intercepting up to 36 missiles of the Vampire system on approach to Belgorod. And this is only taking into account the full ammunition on self-propelled launchers (6 anti-aircraft missiles on each). If we are also talking about 1 - 2 9A316M transport and launchers, which receive primary target designation for the 9M317MA missiles from self-propelled firing systems, or from 9S510M battery combat control points, then one division (battery) can be opposed to enemy “Vampire” rockets already 48 - 60 anti-aircraft missiles.
In other words, one full-fledged Buk-M3 division with 36 target channels and an ammunition load of 48 - 60 anti-aircraft missiles is quite enough to repel the attack of one RM-70 MLRS (with 40 rockets), and even with a reserve of 8 - 12 missiles , taking into account the probability of intercepting a 122-mm missile by one anti-aircraft missile is 0,87 - 0,95. Accordingly, two divisions may be enough to counter two RM-70 Vampire MLRS.
However, with the above-mentioned full ammunition configuration, the Buk-M3 military air defense systems are not used even in the Donbass theater of operations. In video reports from the press service of the RF Ministry of Defense, 9A317M firing installations usually have 2 - 3 (sometimes 4) transport-launch modules, while 12-charge 9A316M transport-launching units are not recorded at all in the Buk-M3 divisions.
All this points to the fact that 9M317M missiles are still very scarce interceptors. Against this background, their intensive use against cheap 122-mm JROF HEF missiles is counterproductive, since a sharp reduction in their arsenals can expose aerospace space to more serious ballistic objects: the same GMLRS guided missiles of HIMARS systems, ATACMS ballistic missiles, and also stealth cruise missiles Storm Shadow.
To eliminate the deficit, a significant increase in the rate of their production at the facilities of the Dolgoprudnensky Research and Production Enterprise will be required. And this issue cannot be delayed, because the Buk-M3 with updated fire control system software has already confirmed its ability to repel massive attacks from GMLRS and HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems in the Berdyansk and Mariupol directions. The security of cities both near and deep in the rear partly depends on the intensity of production of 9M317M missiles.

An example in this case should be taken from Israel, where tens and hundreds of millions of dollars are allocated for the production of scarce Tamir missile defense systems (the cost of the anti-missile missile is about 100 thousand dollars) in order to avoid even single attacks of Hamas missiles on the cities of Israel, which are necessary for the proper pace of functioning of the company’s production facilities RTX. And even in the case of single incidents involving the penetration of the Iron Dome air defense barrier by Hezbollah kamikaze drones or rockets, an investigation is carried out detailing the organizational and tactical-technical reasons.

Moreover, the batteries of the Buk-M3 air defense system can be aggregated in software and hardware into a single network-centric anti-aircraft missile brigade with the Buk-M2 and S-300V4 complexes. And let’s not forget about the modification of 9M317MA anti-aircraft missiles, which are optionally equipped with Slanets active radar seekers, which provide the complex with greater fire performance due to more rapid release of target channels at the moment of capturing targets first and switching to active radar homing, independent of illumination radars.

As for Belgorod, it is covered by the promising 96K6 Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun systems. As is known, the target channel of this complex is 4 simultaneously intercepted targets: tracking and guidance of 57E6 anti-aircraft missiles at three targets of the “122-mm rocket” type is carried out using the PFAR radar 1RS2−1E “Helmet”, starting from a distance of 8 - 10 km. Interception is carried out at a distance of 7 - 5 km. Another target is processed by the 10ES1 multispectral optical-electronic module, which supposedly captures the heat-contrast 122-mm JROF HEF projectile at a distance of about 5 - 7 km, and provides interception at a distance of 3 - 4 km. The fire performance of the Pantsir-S1 complex reaches 12 intercepted targets per minute.
Consequently, each Pantsir-S1 is capable of intercepting approximately 3 - 4 approaching Vampire MLRS rockets in an incoming load of 40 shells before they enter the dead zones of the Pantsir-S1 air defense system. Therefore, to repel the blow of one Vampre MLRS, almost two batteries out of 10 Pantsir-S1 are needed. If two enemy MLRS are operating, then deployment and correct target distribution is necessary between 20 Pantsir-S1. Then the attacks on Belgorod will be successfully stopped.
The only point is the probable arrival of fragments of intercepted enemy shells around the city in the case of the work of Pantsire-S1, because these complexes will intercept similar targets already at the terminal (final) sections of trajectories of 7 - 4 km. And the Buk-M3 complexes will intercept these targets at distances of about 15 - 20 km.

New terrorist attacks can only be prevented by a speedy victory. Meanwhile, our troops do not have powerful weapons applicable at least at the regiment level. Air bombs and artillery are good, but when there is an interval of a day between the use and detection of a target, then it’s somehow not right.
Of course, it is possible to assign a battery of six-inch guns to each battalion commander; there are not enough shells for them. At most 4% of the requirement. We need to look for new opportunities.
    .
If we still have old missiles from Tochka-U and smaller ones, we can use them. Increase the warhead at the cost of decreasing the range. Make the launchers remote-controlled so that in the event of an ancient rocket self-exploding, the personnel will not suffer. They will destroy the Ukrainians after using the ancient launcher - and to hell with it. Chimera is more expensive. For the same heavy hail, a single-pipe launcher will generally cost a penny.
Choose launch sites a couple of kilometers from the front line, so that it is guaranteed to reach the enemy, and the missile defense system does not have time. Misses at short range will be minimal. And launch it at observed designated targets, even at single hijackers. We see one, there may be others nearby. For a reinforced Point with a one and a half ton warhead, it makes no difference.

In order to stop shelling Russia from the RM-70 "Vampire" you need to hit Kiev, it won't help and won't stop anything, you need to hit the factory where these RM-70 "Vampire" are produced at least once, and say that if there is more shelling, then those who are these installations supplies will rake even more, well, keep your word when they try to check it, and they will definitely try to check it first, and when they see that the word does not match the deed, then everything will quickly calm down, and while the Russian side is behaving like idiots, then Everyone treats her like she’s an asshole, and every day they behave more and more brazenly.

Not long ago we discussed the effectiveness of the American air defense systems of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and agreed that their use is extremely ineffective in terms of the cost of one launch of an air defense system to the cost of the target hit.
Now we see how our idea was intercepted by Ukraine.
The cost of one salvo of this Vampire cannot be compared with the cost of launching the same Shell. There, if I understand correctly, they use Grad system rockets - Ukraine produces them in more than sufficient quantities. But we cannot afford to miss their salvo - they are hitting the city, not vacant lots. And they understand this perfectly.
This is such a sad math
