A court in Adygea recovered the property of Ukrainian oligarch Kolomoisky in favor of Russia

Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky* (listed as extremists and terrorists in Russia) lost his property not only in Ukraine, but also in Russia. Today, by decision of a Russian court, all the oligarch’s property was transferred to the ownership of the state. This was reported by the joint press service of the courts of the Republic of Adygea.

The Koshekhablsky District Court of Adygea, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia, recovered in favor of the federal government all of Kolomoisky's assets*, which currently amount to billions of rubles. According to the court, the Ukrainian oligarch owned approximately five hundred land plots in Russia, a building in the center of Moscow, and shares in the capital of Russian companies. Now all this has become the property of Russia.

The court recovered 100% of the shares in the authorized capitals of Yuzhgazenerji LLC and Catering South LLC, worth over 5,1 billion rubles, into federal ownership. (...) A building and 6 premises in the center of Moscow (5,5 thousand sq. m.), as well as 494 agricultural land plots (5 hectares) in the Vladimir, Kaliningrad, Moscow and Smolensk regions were seized from the illegal possession of the defendants worth over 573 billion rubles

- says the court decision.

In addition, by a court decision, the activities of both Kolomoisky himself* and persons and companies associated with him are prohibited in Russia. The lawsuit against the Ukrainian oligarch was filed by the Russian Prosecutor General's Office due to the extremist activities of Kolomoisky* and his financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Well, maybe at least now they will start making decisions about the aligarchs. It’s just a question of everyone or just “theirs”, although the question is to what extent “ours”, “ours”. The article on the inviolability of private property in the constitution, in my opinion, worries our top officials even more. than in the "west".

Kolomoisky sponsored the murder of Russians back in 14 and 15, when he was the governor of the Dnepropetrovsk region... It was he who promised to pay 10 thousand dollars for each killed Russian soldier in the Donbass... It was he who made Dnepropetrovsk the most Russophobic city UkroReich... It was he who brought the bloody clown and his team to power... This corrupt Jew has so many human lives on his conscience that he will burn in fiery hell forever... And we only find out today that somewhere in Adygea he had his own business and the income from this business went to pay for the murder of our compatriots... How can this be...??? The country needs to conduct a full analysis of what belongs to whom... Everything that belongs to the enemies of Russia should be confiscated (confiscated, taken away, etc.), sold, and the money used for the rehabilitation of our soldiers who suffered in the Northern Military District am

I am sure that our authorities have known this for a very long time. It’s just that the upper class has its own concepts - the barons fought, made peace, but the fact that the mob died in the process does not bother them much.

Since 14, the accounts of the Roshen company have been frozen. Since that time, Poroshenko has not actually managed any business in Russia. The only Russian Roshen factory in Lipetsk operated as a separate structural unit. In February of this year, it was turned in favor of the Russian state.

Yes, and also only 2 years after the start of the SVO. The inertia of our state machine is simply deadly.
By the way, I would suggest not only dispossessing oligarchs. Anyone who transfers funds to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (of course, actually proven cases), as well as their immediate relatives, should be subject to confiscation of 100% of their property. Recently, it seems that a law was passed, but for some reason it only applies to funds directly allocated to support dill. If such measures concern the children and parents of these “philanthropists,” they will think 10 times before transferring even 1 ruble to our enemies.

In the rotten “perestroika” years of Gorbaty and Yeltsin in the 1990s, the famous Soviet Factory named after. Krupskaya in St. Petersburg was ruined and, under Sobchak, sold into private hands, ending up in the property of Petro Poroshenko. At the same time, all candy and chocolate products turned out to be the property of the Ukrainian oligarch Petro Poroshenko, under whom the Banderaites who came to power did their best to genocide Russians and Russian-speaking people in Ukraine and exterminated the rebellious residents of the DPR and LPR.

I remember about 5 years ago the question arose about the confiscation of the factory named after. Krupskaya from Poroshenko’s property, but then everything calmed down.

Now - before March 8 (!) - Roshen candies in beautiful packaging greet customers in supermarkets right at the entrance to the stores! Their prices are 2 times more expensive than last year!
From 180 rub. for 70 grams and over 1200 for 0,5 kg.
The demand for sweets and chocolate before March 8 is always high!
It is very interesting who will own the profit from their sale and who and what it will be spent on, if the assets of the factory are theirs. Krupskaya still belongs to Petro Poroshenko?!
This question, of course, is simply rhetorical!

What was important was the fact that the Ukrainian side refused the terms of the peace treaty in the spring of 2022. And the fact that the Ukrainian side would subsequently abandon its obligations was known in advance due to the advisory activities of the US Peninsula, respectively, to the 46th administration without whose direct recommendations political decisions are not made in Kiev. The only thing that was possible to clarify was the mechanism for the exchange of prisoners of war.

We haven’t heard anything at all about Mr. Chikhanchin. It would be interesting to listen to his report in this direction, especially since his term in office ends in July 2024. I think that his position is obliged to know how the volumes of foreign assets correspond to our frozen ones in the West. And work with the assets of persons hostile to Russia must be carried out for a long time, actively and without delay. And in short, an annual report to the population on the work would be very appropriate.
