Serbian press: Croatia will modernize a batch of Kuwaiti M-84AV tanks for subsequent transfer to Ukraine

Interesting information appeared in the Serbian press; according to the publication of TV Front, Kuwait is preparing to transfer a large shipment to Ukraine tanks M-84AV from having its own army. We are talking about a licensed version of the Soviet T-72 tank, produced in Yugoslavia.

According to the publication, the Kuwaiti authorities plan to transfer more than a hundred M-84AV tanks to Croatia, which will modernize them, and only then transport them to Ukraine. The plant where the equipment will be modernized has already been determined - this is an enterprise that is part of the Đuro Đaković (Djuro Djaković) holding, which during Yugoslav times produced licensed copies of Soviet tanks. By the way, the transfer of tanks to Croatia has already begun, the first six M-84AVs have already been delivered to the country, trailers with tanks were spotted on January 25 in Barje in Slovenia, moving towards Croatia.

Details of the modernization of the Yugoslav version of the T-72 for Ukraine, as well as the delivery time of the tanks, have not been reported. Presumably, for the fulfillment of this contract, Croatia may receive 25 former Swiss Leopard 2A4 tanks, removed from the storage of the German concern Rheinmetall and allowed for transfer to countries not participating in hostilities.

Meanwhile, as the blog bmpd reports with reference to the Serbian publication, Croatia transferred two An-32B transport aircraft to Ukraine; they have already been transferred to one of the Ukrainian airfields in its western part. It is reported that Croatia acquired these aircraft in 1995, and in 2014 they removed them from service and sent them to storage.

Kuwait has a fresh T90S in its arsenal. The news about the Yugoslav tank is somewhat muddy.

With our own fat - this is about the issue of selling horse-drawn weapons and licenses for their production.
And most importantly, airfields in Ukraine operate as expected.
By the way, does anyone know what happened to the Ruslan An-124, which Canada stole from the Volga-Don?

Well, let’s push the limits a little more, we’ll get +100 tanks in Ukraine only from Kuwait, Hussein didn’t crush them in his time.

...nonsense...everything that is now being fed to the junta...this is all Soviet heritage, not fresh, and therefore ineffective...and Russian weapons sold directly have one detail that does not allow them to be resold...for example T- 90 will not be able to resell due to a contract for servicing sold tanks by Russian specialists, just like all armored vehicles... that is, by reselling the new owner obviously just gets scrap metal... air defense systems have restrictions on targeting frequencies (the exception is post-Soviet systems), .. and the rest has a huge number of clones, even without any licenses... we need to worry not about this, but about the stupidity of our command, which, according to all the rules of warfare, was simply obliged to destroy the transport system... but this was never done... so where is the enemy

But we want everything in stores to be cheap.

This is precisely your LIBERAL approach to understanding the protection of national interests and the security of Russia's SOVEREIGNTY!
I repeat that we are not talking about the indiscriminate absence of Russian sales of anything to other countries at all! And we are talking about the selectivity of this process on the part of Russia - to whom to sell what, how and when! This leads to the poverty or wealth of the citizens of Russia itself! And we are now convinced of this by the decline in the competitiveness of Western countries in the same Europe, which has adopted the course of following Washington on the issue of trade and economic sanctions against Russia. Namely.

Firstly. I would like to note that the motivational program for the behavior of citizens is laid down through IDEOLOGY and IN PRACTICE, in fact, no one has canceled it.
And secondly. Ideological education in the Russian Federation has long since turned sour. The bourgeois ideology of the American economist M. Friedman, dominating in the country, is no longer called “bourgeois”, but is called abstractly class-based simply “market” with elements of the so-called. "monetarism" (i.e. bourgeois pursuit of financial profits).
In this case, you can not equalize the concept of real capitalism with all its flaws with the doctrinaire idea of the American Milton Friedman, set out in his book "Capitalism and Freedom", in the form of some kind of speculative social project, brought to life, to build a supposedly ideally fair capitalism on Earth all over the world. Due to what?
Due to the alleged existence in the world of some anarchist absolutely "free" from everyone and every world market, which is supposedly absolutely "clean" from profanities and dishonesty both on the part of the participants in the capital market, goods (services) and labor, and from pressure on them a nation state. And at the same time, Friedman naively assumes that all market participants free from the state are initially at all times equal in their life start and can always become rich if they just want it. This is pure utopia and bluff!
Behind this attempt by Friedman to whitewash capitalism lies a very definite goal taken by Washington's apologists. Namely.
The purpose of this American bluff is to make the sovereign countries "indigenous" for the United States, uncontrollably and duty-free by their governments, mistakenly, free and defenseless from competition, open access for US multinational companies to their domestic markets for the sale of foreign goods and the purchase of "indigenous" wealth by foreigners , enterprises and natural resources.
In this case, the reduction of native state property to the maximum - to "0" - is promoted by the "market people" exclusively as a public good. For the state supposedly does not need to control anything, there is no need to punish anyone, and there is no need to regulate trade and production either. That at the same time all members of society will become such honest and law-abiding entrepreneurs that therefore it will no longer be necessary to protect the population from swindlers, thieves, robbers and murderers. AND therefore, the alleged national state, as an anachronism, will disappear by itself as unnecessary, and there is no need to defend it at all. For the distribution of material goods “from above” at the state level will not be required, since everything will be regulated by this “ideal” capitalist market. Well, those who do not fit into the market are their problems. Let them, they say, survive on their own as best they can. These include in particular all so-called “extra” people: pensioners, disabled people, children, etc. - all those who “did not fit into the market.” But they should be “happy” with their freedom from the fattening abstract bureaucratic state that has been pressing over them for centuries, just as anarchists have always dreamed of this for centuries.

TOTAL All this Milton Friedman ideology about the alleged existence of the so-called. "free" and "clean" market is an anarchist propaganda of the American establishment to decompose the national security of sovereign states to their complete liquidation and subordination of their resources in favor of US transnational companies.
Unfortunately, this ideology has been unofficially adopted by the Russian ruling elite as a state ideology. It is implemented in practice by the government of the Russian Federation, the guarantor of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, in the State Duma and the Federation Council. And the HSE is the forge of bourgeois young cadres in this comprador economy and its apologists.
And so far, in this liberal-ideological sense, nothing has changed in the educational system of the country in the Russian Federation.

Perhaps they will tell me - why do you need and who are you... to know this... and other information too.... but I get the impression that we do not have external human intelligence in the military and structures close to them in countries conducting indirect relations with us war. Information about traffic routes and shipments of weapons to Ukraine even before their official presentation.
