Republic Day is celebrated in India on January 26 since 1950. Festive processions can be observed on this day in Delhi and in the capitals of all states. In the capital, it passes along the central avenue, Raj Pth, from the Presidential Palace to the Gateway of India. Schoolchildren, scouts, dancers and musicians participate in the procession.

The celebration begins with a solemn ceremony of the arrival on Raj Puth of the President and Prime Minister of the country. Then a military parade of the troops of the capital’s garrison and a squadron of Indian Air Force aircraft passes.

After February 26, a two-day folk dance festival is held in Delhi, in which representatives of almost all states of India participate. On the final, third day of the celebration in the capital will be held historical military reconstruction “End Signal”, in which the guards of the presidential guard in the form of the XIX century will take part. The ceremony will be attended by government leaders and members of the diplomatic corps.

In the evening of the third day, army brass bands will perform bravura marches and lyrical works. After sunset, fireworks will flash over Delhi.

In my opinion, India is the most backward state in the social sphere; they still have caste division. Most of the population lives the same way 300 lived years ago. Selectivity of justice, if a victim from a caste is lower than a criminal, then no one will even start a business. It’s only as if social movements have recently appeared in favor of the rule of law over castes, and it seems to me that the legs are growing from the same place as all other Arab revolutions.

It reminds me of one country where the word caste is enough to replace (position, nationality, wealth) and all the same.
