The US Army command announced that it had repelled an attack by the Yemeni Houthis in the Red Sea

The US Army Central Command reported that the destroyer DDG 58 Laboon and F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet fighters from the carrier strike group led by the US Navy aircraft carrier Eisenhower in the southern Red Sea managed to shoot down two land-based cruise missiles, three anti-ship ballistic missiles and 12 loitering munitions launched by the Yemeni Houthis. It is reported that the Houthi attack lasted about 10 hours.

Yemeni rebels from the Ansar Allah group claim that in the Red Sea they attacked the MSC United container ship, which was sailing from one of the ports of Saudi Arabia to Egyptian Suez. The Houthis claim that the ship's crew ignored orders from the Yemeni Navy three times, after which anti-ship missiles were fired at it. In addition, it is reported that the Houthis attacked with drones objects in the Israeli city of Eilat.

The Yemeni armed forces have announced their intention to continue their operations against Israeli ships or ships of other countries heading to the ports of occupied Palestine until the food and medicine necessary for the civilian population are delivered to the enclave blocked by the IDF.

Earlier it was reported that the head of the Israeli government, Benjamin Netanyahu, said that the ground operation in Gaza would continue after the release of all those held by Hamas. According to the Israeli prime minister, attacks on the Palestinian enclave will continue until the region is completely demilitarized and deradicalized.

I think we should help. Send a guidance plane there, give better missiles if necessary. It could be a UAV... Otherwise, there’s a debt hanging over the shanty.

When the burning container ship "Maersk Gibraltar" is shown, an advertising insert should follow: "The Northern Sea Route is reliable, closer, and safer! Contact: NSR Murmansk Administration"... Well done Houthis! They act, and don’t just chatter about “concerns”, like some...angry

"The Houthis shot down an American MQ-9 drone with a Soviet Kub air defense system."

Reward the Houthis with an "Armor" division, with full crew training! Promise that if the Pantsyrs are used efficiently, the bonus will be in the form of an S-300...fellow

And I just took it and calculated what expenses all this resulted in for the Americans:
anti-missile missile (according to their statements) - approx. $2 million
      2 + 3 + 12 = 17 x 2 million = 34 million net losses.
This is if 19 missiles were also spent on 19 targets. But if they wasted more missiles, then...
But the ammunition still needs to be replenished.

Counting US money, in my opinion, is an absolutely futile idea. And they also have no problems with logistics.

Don't they have money problems? As with the release of ammunition.
They even now take missiles for their vaunted Patriots from Japan.
It is obvious that not everything is in order in their defense department.
Logistics will also have its time, I think this hour may come even much earlier given the confusion in this country.
This may sound overly optimistic on my part, but this is just my opinion, slightly supported by their own statements.

Don’t you think that such statements on their part are made precisely because we want to hear them?

They have no problems with money. Payments in dollars in the world have only increased. They are increasing production by moving it out of Europe. I can hardly believe that in the United States, which has always worked for the war, the production of basic ammunition has suddenly disappeared somewhere. At least I always assume the worst.

I’m curious about the explosions in the area of the port of Hodeidah (Yemen). This crisis is beneficial for the United States. While the United States is working on the second option - an anti-missile umbrella.

The Houthis cannot be denied persistence in achieving their goals.

The key here is that they are the only ones who actually support the Palestinians: everyone else is, at best, public self-promotion.

managed to shoot down two ground-launched cruise missiles, three anti-ship ballistic missiles and 12 loitering munitions launched by the Yemeni Houthis. ///

Straight battle-of-redsy. Will they post a promotional video to inspire carriers to perform this feat?

I'm more interested in why they shot it down? Well, the cost of the same loitering bomb and the cost of what was intercepted.
If this is a drone for 1000 bucks versus a standard Missile Mark3 interceptor, then the option is completely satisfactory, the Houthis can fight until the mattresses are completely ruined

this would be true, because mathematics is an undeniable thing, if they didn’t have a printer there that prints green pieces of paper without stopping.
