Ural francs - the past that did not become the future

64
We live in the only reality. Really what's around us. And therefore, very often, we cannot assess what would have happened to the country if its leaders had made a different decision.

Mikhail Gorbachev was in power for almost six years. Total 6 years. And during this time with his accomplices ditched superpower. So fast.

Vladimir Putin has been at the head of Russia for more than 12 years. What would happen to Russia, come to power another person? We can only guess.

According to the scenario of our geopolitical "partners", Russia should have been dismembered. This process was to be launched by the intrusion of Basayev’s gangs into Dagestan in the autumn of 1999.

Ural francs - the past that did not become the future

The political and military liquidation of Russia was preceded by economic preparation. The future decay was laid economically - a little less than a year before the invasion of Dagestan, the GKO market “suddenly” collapsed and the August default of 1998 happened. And shortly before the discount rate of the Central Bank of Russia "Suddenly" increased to 150% in the period of 27 in May 1998 - 4 in June 1998. Right on the eve of the collapse, money became particularly expensive. By chance? Not. It was a conscious preparation of default - the collapse of our economy.

The meaning of this action is the creation of apathy and indifference of citizens to the death of their country. Why is she such where all the time everything collapses and falls? Rehearsed this scenario in the USSR. Remember the shortage of recent years of adjustment? He was artificial. The cars were not unloaded, products were not removed from the factories. Products were thrown into landfills and garbage.

In the summer of 1989, I was in the construction team in the city of Noyabrsk. Personally, he saw fruits and vegetables in the garbage. Quite tolerable quality, by the way. Against the background of the complete absence of them on the shelves of Noyabrsk.

And the USSR was gone. Because so wanted leadership of the USSR.

And Russia is preserved. And develops. Of course, we all want development to go faster. But it was Putin’s actions in the fall of 1999, multiplied by the heroic struggle of the Dagestan militia and our soldiers with the invading gangsters that preserved the integrity of our country. It must not be forgotten. It was Putin who removed the question of the collapse of Russia from the agenda of Russian politics. Not to thank him for this is the height of ingratitude and disrespect.

Why today I remembered this? Because during a trip to Yekaterinburg, my friends gave me a whole collection of Ural francs. I post their image here.

It seems to me important that all citizens of Russia see and remember this past, which did not become our future. Ural Republic with its currency. With its bicameral parliament, copying the legislative body of a separate state, which “accidentally” ended up in the Urals with two chambers, when one is enough for the region.

Many such accidents. By the way, the candidates in the Urals had very distinctive documents, where the “Republic” was directly written.

Certificate candidates

Here they are signs and ghosts of our past, of a failed future. And we need to be careful that this past will never knock on our doors again.

History the appearance of the Ural francs I took with it resource:

Pay attention to the mysterious deaths associated with the release of the Ural francs. Do not forget that "the attempts subsequently made by the regional prosecutor's office to establish the sources of funds spent on payment for the order did not yield any results." That is, no one has figured out where the money came from for printing the currency of the potential Ural Republic.

And what is bad about the Ural Republic as part of the Russian Federation, in fact? In fact, we are following this path - the Perm Territory, the Trans-Baikal (or whatever it is), i.e. there is an enlargement of the subjects, and that's all. Here's your money - yes, this should not be allowed. By the way, these francs have a prehistory in the form of "Ural chervonets")))
Have you read the "constitutions" of any Gorno-Altai republics, etc.? There they had SOVEREIGNTY registered in the late 90s! And much more contrary to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Nobody was removed for this. Double standarts?

Ural Republic - a subject of the Russian Federation not provided for by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which actually existed from July 1, 1993 to November 9, 1993 within the borders of the modern Sverdlovsk region. The republic was transformed from the Sverdlovsk region in order to increase its status as part of the Russian Federation and gain greater economic and legislative independence. It ceased to exist after the issuance of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation on the dissolution of the Sverdlovsk Regional Council, and then on the removal from office of the head of the administration Eduard Rossel.

        BACKGROUND

In 1993, work was underway to create a draft Constitution of the Russian Federation. Initially, according to the project, the republics that are part of Russia had exclusive rights and priority in the formation of their budget. [1] [2] [3]

In order to have greater independence in the economic and legislative spheres in the future, the leadership of the Sverdlovsk region put forward the idea of transforming the region into a republic. [1]

In Yekaterinburg, opponents of the creation of the republic pointed out that this step was beneficial only to the local political elite and, in fact, put the issue of the collapse of Russia again on the agenda. Supporters of the idea of the Ural Republic, on the contrary, saw it as a counterweight to the separatist aspirations of Tatarstan and other national republics, as an opportunity to shift the emphasis of political reforms from the center to the places.

The head of the regional administration, Eduard Rossel, said: "We do not need sovereignty, but we really need economic and legislative independence." According to the governor, the process of restoring Russian statehood has always gone from the depths, and the situation with the Ural Republic is a confirmation of this fact. [4]

The mayor of Yekaterinburg Arkady Chernetsky believed that the proclamation of the Ural Republic does not prejudice the integrity of Russia. [5] Among the city’s leaders, only Yuri Samarin, the chairman of the city council of Yekaterinburg, considered such an act unacceptable. [6]

no matter how they scold Putin, but a sane person understands perfectly well that KRoshka Pu is doing a lot for the country ... and this much was almost ditched by the pseudo-lawyer Medvedev ....... especially the current youth loves to scold, who does not even know, how, after the collapse of the USSR and the "shit-democratization" of Russia, we (forgive me you can't call it any other way) began to EAT humanitarian aid, dried ropes (like instant mashed potatoes) in the form of shredded paper (like instant mashed potatoes), wore fake adidas al-la Chinese couture , double-sided Chinese down jackets, shankhaiks (canvas in the style of Shaolin monks), like cigarettes bought not for rubles, but for millions of rubles, we really slipped into third world countries in a matter of months. All oil and gas fields were donated to the Ping Dostants and their Great Brothers homies. Little Pu returned all this back to the country ... just in general, he has done a lot, is doing and will still do, God bless him long years and good health. Well, and professional and vigilant protection :)))))) and those who argue with this - either simply did not see the dashing nineties, does not know what the huge difference between the 90s and the current state of the country is, or just down or down the troll.

Very controversial statement. It’s just that schemes have become more hidden. The final beneficiaries are either offshore or just foreign companies. When transferring money to offshore, only 5% is charged, to the company not offshore 15%. According to the most conservative estimates, more than 1 trillion rubles are lost in offshore, and this is 10% of the country's budget. In the public domain there are quite official schemes of Russian business. Link: magasine.rbk.ru

I was in Uzbekistan, the locals complain: You will complain to Moscow earlier, an "uncle" comes from there and gives luli to local bureaucrats, and he could even take it off! And now the local "kings" with the country and the people do what they want and do!

Vasya, only traitors, scoundrels and scoundrels will be happy! And even those who love bacon, but a true patriot of their country understands that without this "Moscow principality" well, nothing is possible! For without a center there can be no strong state. And as a consequence of this, we can conclude that those who think so are illiterate, narrow-minded, and greedy (because their own is closer than the state) and they are easy to manipulate! A very instructive film "Ivan Vasilyevich Changes His Profession".

There really is something to think about! The article is very interesting. V.V. Putin has really done a lot for the country. He was able, in fact, to recreate the state on the territory of Russia; he returned to people faith in the Fatherland. when he came to power, the world was completely different, Russia was still too weak, and the West had too many levers of pressure on our country, moreover, the very fact of its existence was in question. Under these conditions, Putin had to abandon the reunification of a single country, which broke up in 1991. in order to strengthen and strengthen the Russian Federation. But now the picture is different. Russia has accumulated strength over 12 years and has recovered. I believe that Putin returned to the Kremlin precisely in order to begin the unification of the territory of the former Union.

I put the article a plus, but I do not agree on everything, especially about the savior of the fatherland. Here it is necessary to look from what considerations, from patriotism or mercantilism, perhaps both. As for the Franks, I do not see Rossel's portraits, by the way, where are his tracks. Well, an assistant professor. And look for information on the manufacture of francs in the archives of the FSB.

Dear, please open your eyes! About commercialism, so I personally have not seen Putin's yachts or a flotilla of planes that he is the richest man, so this is nonsense (we won't know who is the richest man and they won't write about it, but that one of the small-shavens who made a fortune in the first and second world wars, I think you will agree) but the fact that it is "tuned" the people in this way is a hundred pounds! And what he did to the country, raising it from the position of "ZYU" So only those who read liberals, tfu libe ... rastov, tfu pi .... stov can doubt!
Regards to you! Do not read poisonous literature, it corrodes consciousness, sows doubts in the minds!

Putin, his friends and some relatives are co-chairs and are members of the board of directors of several major banks and oil and gas companies. These are the facts that are known to those who, for example, work in these companies (naturally not for everyone). Perhaps there is something else, I’m talking about what I know. The president is one of the richest people in the country. The fact that you have not personally seen either yachts or planes - well, maybe he doesn’t need it. Or maybe there, only he forgot to show you laughing

Yes, I actually do not need to show it, Middle Brother, it’s enough that Russia is whole territorially and it has become easier to live, a future prospect has appeared, not like in the 90s. And where he enters there, this is his personal affair, just like his personal life is his personal life.

He is not supposed to be poor in status. The country is not poor. The fact that you are not his fan, too, I understand, this is normal and everyone should not be happy with him, this is a normal component of politics. We were talking about the collapse of Russia.
Stalin was also not happy. And Gaddafi, but now what has failed Qadafi is regretted by many. Found sobriety in Afghanistan. They compared what happened when the Soviet army was there (they built schools, hospitals, roads, helped with agriculture and fought against drugs), and now they have a free and democratic army from the United States. And also regret it.
I'm all for what ?! I do this to ensure that we ourselves do not regret it later, and on this pity his "not poverty" will look at all as not an argument.

I vividly recalled those millions, coupons, and the words of the major from the duty room: "I will never forgive this government that I was sitting at supper sharing bread between children." You can blame the oligarchs, the theft of officials, etc. as much as you want, but it is also inappropriate to deny that the time has come. And if you are friends with your head and have hands, in any case, you won't share bread at home.

Ural francs probably printed on the initiative of E. Rossel and with the knowledge of Yeltsin.
Rossel from 1990 to 1993 for a year was the head of the administration of the Sverdlovsk region, and in francs the date is 1991 for a year. Then Rosselpropal disappeared at 2 of the year and declared himself governor in 1995.

Well, no one forbids you to say that! BUT!!! Maybe the Kremlin’s ordering, but let's look at the facts in the eye.
If someone writes poorly about Putin or Stalin, then it doesn’t even occur to anyone to call it a State Department order. These are they!
This article has the right to be Kremlin, because this is how it really was and could be!
For some partisans, these are defenders, while others are terrorists (during the Second World War, I mean, not real terrorists). For some, someone is a scout, for others he is a spy. So, as one of the laws of physics says ... there are reference frames with respect to which ...!

Brothers fought for stalls, kiosks, trading places in bustling markets where you can put a table, and the robbery of the country was done in silence in the Kremlin offices and Moscow banks.
How did Prokhorov become a billionaire? Like all our oligarchs.
In 1989 he graduated from the institute and at the age of 26, being a complete zero, in fact, immediately became the head of the IBEC department, probably not without the help of friends and accomplices A. Khlopnin (Governor of the Krasnoyask region) and A. Kozlova (1st deputy chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation) ... Obviously, it was not difficult for him to get a loan to "purchase" Norilsk Nickel shares, and the accomplices did not remain offended.
They chose him for the role of a billionaire not for his mind, but rather on the contrary, for the lack of mind and imagination.
Well, and then the mechanism of galloping inflation was turned on and the "oligarchs" had no difficulty in repaying loans, the ruble became a million times cheaper.

The article is outrageously empty. Mr. Starikov once again licked up to the tonsils. And he did it quite mediocre. If the article is about the 91st year, then what does Putin's activities in 99 have to do with it? It turns out like this. Yeltsin fought for 8 years, fought against the "dismemberment" of Russia (Take as much sovereignty as you can), and when he became completely ustamshi and the enemies began to win, he called the knight Vova, and he saved Russia. It was not Russia that Vova saved in the first place, but the Borins and his capital. For how many of them during the period of creative activity with an honest guy Sobchak did not work out, their competitors would gobble them up, if the state did not stand behind them.

There was here, in the mid-90s, a couple of morons who talked about the Far East republic.
So they, from the bullying of society over them and mockery, probably somewhere self-hung.
In general, for more than 15 years nothing has been heard about the ideas of separation.

    Another pro-Putin lyuzomozhdenie.
The Ural Republic disappeared from the agenda in November 2003, together with the removal of E.E. Rossel from the post of head of the administration of the Sverdlovsk region. Another 7 years passed before the accession of "His Majesty".
Gaidar's team in 93 worked to destroy Soviet industry. The enterprises completely lost working capital and were quietly dying. Gaidar believed that in the place of the ruined factories and collective farms, a new economy would grow rapidly. Rossel, seeing how choking plants without working capital, decided to print his currency.
Yeltsin was smart enough to remove Gaidar and return Rossel.
Putin returned the entire Gaidarovskaya team from disgrace. What happened then happened. There is no more industry in the Urals ...

Metallurgists and machine builders are working, although not at full capacity in comparison with the USSR. The latest self-propelled guns for fire tests are constantly being brought to the closest to us training ground, and even in Tagil artillery and tank training grounds are not empty, every year a bunch of customers come to see the equipment before buying.
