Xi Jinping calls on China's army to 'intensify preparations'

Chinese leader Xi Jinping appeared before the 78th Army Group of the People's Liberation Army in military uniform and called on the military to continue improving its training and combat capabilities "so that they can effectively carry out the tasks assigned to them by the Party and the people."
