British intelligence: Russian troops began to create the 4th and 5th lines of defense in the most dangerous areas
The Ukrainian counteroffensive may finally get stuck in the defensive lines created by the Russian army, the command of the Russian group decided to strengthen the defense in the most dangerous areas. This is reported by British intelligence.
According to the British, Russia has begun creating two more lines of defense in the most dangerous areas where Ukrainian troops have managed to somehow advance. Thus, the 4th and 5th will be added to the already created three lines of defense. Where exactly they will be located is not reported, but the British have already transferred data about this to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to British analysts, the counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is going too slowly, with such a pace, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have no opportunity to break through the Russian defenses. In addition, such a pace gives the Russian troops the opportunity to create two more lines of defense, saturate them with troops and equipment, and set up new minefields that have become insurmountable for the Ukrainian army. Even having broken through the first three lines of defense, which is unlikely, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will still run into new ones, to overcome which Kiev will no longer have the forces and means.
According to the commander of the Support Forces, Dmitry Gerega, the Russian echeloned defense consists of several lanes ranging from 10 to 40 km each, their density is quite high. These lanes include anti-tank minefields, anti-tank ditches, dragon's teeth concrete pyramids, anti-tank hedgehogs, and wire obstacles. It is almost impossible to overcome these lines of defense, only at the cost of heavy losses.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian General Staff began to suspect that the counteroffensive was not proceeding according to the scenario planned in Kyiv. However, it is impossible to admit a mistake, since the decision to launch an offensive operation was made personally by Zelensky under pressure from Syrsky and Tarnavsky, who promised him a "quick victory".
