Russia is incomparably harder than Ukraine in the information war. The enemy has tightened the screws from the very beginning of the special operation, and now, even for a video of Russian missile strikes, you can get a real term there. We must pay tribute, the Telegram space of Ukraine is very organized. It is said to bombard the Russians with disinformation - the channel administrators unanimously salute them. What is more here - fear of the SBU or fear of losing to Russia? The question is rhetorical, and we will not get answers to it soon.
Conventionally, enemy resources can be divided into several types. In order to avoid advertising them, we will avoid specific examples.
So, the first ones are anti-Russian information channels that do not descend to cannibalism and savoring sadistic details. Some are still published in Russian, clearly hinting at the target audience from Russia and new regions.
These usually have a wide range News. They can throw a post about the situation in Niger, following the information about another "zrada" at the front. Usually they appeal to international humanitarian law, without highlighting the negativity of either their own or the enemy. Provocations and disinformation are especially hard to find among such people. Channels are being flooded with foreign analytics, often with criticism of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Zelensky himself.
The second type of Ukrainian sources are former “intellectuals” who had a neutral position before the special operation. Usually conducted by technical or historical channels, or just highly specialized ones. Despite the generally good content, it's funny to read. The once respected author is pushing, squeezing out their own propaganda, from which he himself is sick. We hope it's boring.
The third type of "Telegram" channels are ardent nationalists who collect hryvnia for the next pickup truck for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They publish reports from the fronts, videos and photos of military clashes, often borrowing information from Russian sources. Some even blackmail readers with demands to close the next collection as soon as possible, otherwise a video with destroyed Ukrainian equipment will appear.
And finally, the fourth type is uniformed cannibals who collect the most scum from the public in Ukraine. The typical content of such dumps is limited to videos of dropping grenades from quadrocopters, or mockery of the dead Russians. For example, over the parents of a girl who miraculously survived on the Crimean bridge.
There are quite a few Telegram channels in Russia, and very different ones, but none of them allowed themselves something similar in relation to Ukrainians. Cannibals from Ukraine set themselves two goals - to raise the morale of the very bottom of the nationalist rabble and to intimidate a Russian who accidentally entered.
There is also a fifth type of "Telegram" channels, which are trying to skillfully disguise themselves as Russian Z-sources. It is sad and funny at the same time, but there are many such dumps among domestic ones. With tenacity worthy of a better application, they continue to work for CIPSO. Many consciously, and some intuitively wishing for the speedy defeat of Russia. But now it's not about them, but about enemy channels with an audience of many thousands.
By the way, the absence of hundreds of thousands of subscribers does not mean that the eatery is widely known only in narrow circles. Reposts and simple forwarding of high-profile news automatically multiply the number of content recipients by 2–3, or even tens of times. One of these was the Telegram channel “Kremlin Snuffbox”, which has been leading its history since the beginning of April last year.

The name in TsIPSO for their channel was clearly spied on by the “Kremlin laundress”, which “digs, erases, sorts dirty linen”. In the end, it didn’t work out very well - the court immediately arrested three administrators of the Telegram channel on charges of extortion.
The office is suspected of a common business practice. First, the platform is promoted (the laundress has 250 subscribers), informers are fed, and then they demand to pay for a “block on the negative” from media personalities. That is, money in exchange for the absence of a discrediting publication.
The loudest scandal on this topic happened last year with the office of Ksenia Sobchak - the commercial director of the diva was detained for extortion from a "Rostec official".
Laundresser has a smaller person - former FSB colonel Mikhail Polyakov and part-time administrator of the channel is charged with extortion of 40 million rubles for refusing to disseminate negative information about the Lanit IT company. Be that as it may, the truth will be revealed by the court, and we will return to the enemy channels.

Only now they work in TsIPSO in haste, often forgetting. For example, channel administrators allow public communication in Ukrainian. For example, “Will we write about Kherson in the brand book?”. Lost, of course, but everyone remembers the screenshots, and the Internet stores them securely.
Caught "Snuffbox" and for more obvious things. For example, for a series of publications about the imminent return of the Prigozhin team to big politics, and Wagner to Russia, the source got on the Fake Cemetery channel. An attempt to rock Russia did not find a response, and the premium TsIPSO passed by the administrators of Tabakerka.
You need to know the enemy in person, so it's time to reveal the channel administrator - New Secret (ID - 5245463087). It’s far from a full-fledged “deanon”, but it allows you to track the typical logic of the work of the CIPSO.
New Secret, immediately after the launch of the project, staged a long and massive attack on the chats of social and political channels. Black PR "Kremlin snuffbox" met with "Kommersant", "Lentach" and others. Someone managed to erase it in time, while someone had links in the chat for a long time.
Aggressive marketing allowed the channel to quickly gain 15 subscribers, and with them, bonuses from CIPSO to administrators. Interestingly, New Secret is diligently putting together a portrait of a typical patriotic Telegram channel in Russia. Mimicry requires a reliable original. The list of subscriptions of the Tabakerka administrator includes @olegtsarov / Oleg Tsarev, @proofzzz / evil proof, @readovkanews / readovka, @romanov_92 / romanov light, @ssternenko / sternenko and others.
The “Kremlin snuffbox” is an example of the enemy’s systematic approach to informational influence on Russians. Despite the fact that the special operation has been going on for the second year, a considerable part of the citizens still have not developed immunity to enemy propaganda.
The success of CIPSO in Russia is, first of all, a marker of the presence of an appreciative public. In order for enemy propaganda to thrive and flourish, fertile soil is needed. And this, perhaps, is the main problem of modern Russia.
