Where are these drones over Moscow from?
All morning on July 24, representatives of the Russian Defense Ministry and the capital's mayor have been telling us about a "reflected" strike by Ukrainian UAVs almost in the center of the Russian capital. How they "reflected" is perfectly visible in the photos and videos, which are now more than enough on networks and even in almost official sources.
And it's just a blessing that for the second time in Moscow only buildings were damaged, and there were no victims among the people. However, everything, alas, could well, and what is much worse, it may still turn out not so well at all. As you can see, the Kyiv inmates also know how to “revenge”, and no worse than their Moscow opponents.
And after all, they will certainly "revenge", more precisely - "shit" and further, until the "reptile" is crushed, finally, ruthlessly and irrevocably. It has already been crushed, if only so that the Muscovites, like the people of Kiev, do not have to sit out in the subway and bomb shelters.
Maps of the capital indicating bomb shelters with some suspicious masochistic pleasure are now being imposed on us in so many sources. But for the time being, it is better to look at the maps of the capital, looking for places where the enemy has hit. I note in particular that both points are well known to the author.
So, Komsomolsky Prospekt, old, repeatedly rebuilt buildings, one way or another connected with historical Khamovniki barracks. For many years there was a polyclinic of the Khozu Ministry of Defense of the USSR, where many people had to undergo a medical examination.
Including everyone who went to the Crimea or somewhere else to a military sanatorium, a rest home, and most importantly, to a pioneer camp. The attackers were clearly aiming in the wrong direction - most likely they were aiming at one of the most famous buildings of the RF Ministry of Defense, which is on Frunzenskaya Embankment.
Another address is on the site of a long-demolished car factory, in the ZILART quarter, right above the Leroy Merlin store. And very close to the Arena of Legends, now CSKA, and a brand new large double pool for four baths, for synchronized and regular swimming.
And also - the ZIL station on the MCC, where hundreds of passengers regularly enter and exit, most of them from among the migrants employed in the local endless construction sites. Where the UAV was aiming here is hard to say, although the option of hitting some kind of energy object is not excluded. Here they are, not particularly protected, which is called a dime a dozen.
Let us return, however, to what and how is “reflected”, and think about where it could come from. Of course, dozens of broken glass in the unfinished office on Likhachev Street and the heavily shabby roof of the building on Komsomolsky Street - the damage is really not the most significant.
But they are, and the fact that everything has been done without losses for the first time is more an accident than a pattern, again, alas. And the work of air defense over the capital, not for the first time, is more frightening than encouraging.
After all, even a flight over Kolomenskoye was filmed very clearly by one of the Muscovites, and filming is already circulating on networks, and sites from among those that are not banned in Russia are actively replicating it. Apparently, it will not take long to wait for something similar from Khamovniki.
Now, where did it come from? It is unlikely that from somewhere far away, if it had not been shot down then, it would have been a disgrace to the whole universe. Most likely, the terrorists settled, and somehow very comfortable, somewhere not so far from Moscow. Otherwise, no attack will simply work.
So, the question or problem of acquiring a working electronic warfare system, both over the capital and over all strategic facilities almost throughout the country, is becoming more relevant than ever.
And the special services have a lot of work to do, work ahead of the curve, otherwise such surprises will become just an everyday reality. And then it is no longer possible to avoid a conversation, extremely serious and concrete, about bomb shelters.
