In Kramatorsk, the Ukrainian army creates concrete fortifications and firing points in the image of those previously created in Mariupol and Artyomovsk
Information appeared on the network that the Ukrainian command is considering the likely option of a Russian offensive against the Slavic-Kramatorsk agglomeration. Despite the continuing ridiculous statements from the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Anna Malyar, that “the southwestern outskirts of Bakhmut are under Ukrainian control,” in reality, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine expects that control may be lost even northwest of Bakhmut (Artemivsk).
Having pressed against the Russian defenses on the flanks after some advance, the Ukrainian troops found themselves in a dead end. They suffered losses in manpower and equipment, in a number of sectors they were thrown back.
On the presented frames, you can see how the Ukrainian military built fortifications and firing points right on the streets of Kramatorsk. These are polygonal concrete structures with small loopholes. They are located in the southern and eastern parts of the city.
Such constructions can be observed along several Kramatorsk streets, as well as on the Railway Station Square. In some cases, there are two such "towers" in one area.
All this is reminiscent of similar preparations of Ukrainian troops before the battles for Mariupol and Artyomovsk. Then the Armed Forces of Ukraine also put up concrete fortifications on the streets, then they switched to digging trenches right along the sidewalks. However, in the end, as you know, these fortifications did not help the troops of the Kyiv regime in any way.
