Two Russian fighters captured the stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Maryinka and took prisoners

Examples of courage, steadfastness and skillful combat work of the Russian military in the zone of the special military operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are covered by the Ministry of Defense almost every day. Today it became known about another impressive feat of Russian fighters.

A Russian serviceman of the Southern Group of Forces of the Russian Armed Forces with the call sign “Lis” told reporters how, together with a friend (call sign “Ted”), after several hours of fighting, they not only took the stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Maryinka, but also saved the lives of four Ukrainian soldiers, persuading them to surrender in captivity.

According to the fighter, their platoon occupied positions in one of the sections of the Maryinsky direction. He and the second soldier were instructed to suppress the stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, from which the enemy fired heavily at ours. Fulfilling the order was not easy, the battle lasted about four hours. At the same time, firing at the opornik, our soldiers negotiated with the defending Ukrainians, trying to persuade them to surrender.

We didn't quite understand how many there were.

Lisa quotes RIA News.

After about three hours of intense firefight, Lis, who had been put in charge of this small assault group, sent a colleague to resupply his ammunition. He himself continued to shell the opornik, not allowing the enemy to leave him. At some point, mines fired from the Armed Forces of Ukraine flew into the stronghold. Our fighter suggested that the defending Ukrainians called fire on themselves. Although, it is possible that their command decided to liquidate their own in order to prevent surrender.

By the end of the fourth hour of the battle, one of the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine nevertheless decided to surrender. After that, Lis and Tad managed to take the positions of the enemy, capturing three more Ukrainian servicemen. Our attack aircraft reported to the command about the successful completion of the task, and an armored personnel carrier was sent to them to transport prisoners of war of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The press service of the Yug group told reporters that documents were being prepared on the provision of two distinguished Russian fighters for the award.

... I support, namesake, a strange article. Two fighters ... chatted with the enemy for four hours and at the same time fought a "fierce battle" ... how many horns did you need to have at first, and then crawl for more? Some nonsense.

The wording is most likely wrong. Not a bulwark, but a firing point.
Pillboxes are taken in this way, either by fire or 2-3 people are selected from a non-shootable sector and further, depending on the type of bunker and the available means of destruction.
In the Second World War, both from us and from the Germans, bunkers and DOS were taken by a typical technique - they punched a hole in an armored door or an armored shutter with an overhead charge and burned it out with a flamethrower. More than 2-3 people are not required.

I remember the story of a fighter in Afghanistan.
Two fighters were ordered to capture a trench on the mountain, in which there were a dozen spirits with DShK.
Walked around and got to the rear. They threw grenades into the trench and, after the explosions, pierced the trench with machine guns.
Moreover, grenades were thrown in such a way that the machine gun would not be hooked.
And if they climbed a platoon in the forehead, they could lose half and not take the trench.

The guys are flint, of course, but such an order makes one think, send two to the enemy's stronghold. Brilliant.

Guys, of course, flint, but such an order is suggestive

There are those frostbitten who whip the battle on an intuitive level. And most likely there was an understanding that the opornik could be taken "on a show off". And in order not to substitute the commander or shield, it was said about the order. I tend to think that the Fox himself asked for leave from the commander, he already flashed on the frames of someone. Unleashed guy. If it's him of course.

.......saved the lives of four Ukrainian soldiers by persuading them to surrender.

Who needs them? Why these persuasions. There are all war criminals to be destroyed, period.

Suppress and capture are 2 different things. I, as a company commander with my spotter, could stun an opornik with several dozen people without letting me lean out. And behind me was a counter-sniper already. Tamara and I go in pairs - our boys called our bunch from 2 sniper pairs. And the fact that the Ukrainians surrendered - the boys coped with the task more than! good

And I'm talking about the same ... Does the commentator have any idea about close combat tactics? The specific task is to suppress (not to give the opportunity to aim but to fire, to disable 30% of the artillery). And prisoners, this is a concomitant success.

he could suffocate the opornik with several dozen people without letting him lean out. And behind me was a counter-sniper already.

Aha! They will give smoke and you can go to sleep ... Two fives will come in from the flanks and score with grenades.

This is from a series of front-line myths, bloggers from the SVO do not have enough news, so they compose.
Fox... Ted... no name, no surname, no part. Four o'clock...
It's like Paul Karel, the former secretary of Dr. Goebbels, described in his book the death of the 2nd company of the SS regiment Der Fuhrer in hand-to-hand combat that lasted two hours ... and according to our documents, this company in a night attack near Rzhev in Frolovo on the right bank of the Volga in On February 42, the guards and chemists of one of our rifle regiments, if my memory serves me right, were destroyed by the 359th division. Two hours of hand-to-hand combat, which is not a day. True, there was also a couple of tanks of our 35th TBR. Well, it's not so "heroic". And to send a brother opornik two fighters ... a fierce tin ... it’s good that it’s not with cuttings from shovels, otherwise we don’t have either artillery or tanks, unlike the APU.

What is this, the game "Zarnitsa"? Since when have soldiers been "instructed" rather than ordered.
Or is it a journalist "from the Unified State Examination" a little confused?

This is how the chief instructs us. Why would his subordinates suddenly give orders? We have a muddy NWO, not a war. This is ordered in war.

During the Second World War, Marine V. Kislyakov single-handedly fought off a company of rangers, fought back, laid down a lot and waited for help. So in Rus' it's normal to beat the enemy. It's like in a gateway - you can grab it to the fullest, or you can take a drin and disperse the gopniks, breaking a couple of heads ...

The fighters are great. But! It's like the First World War. Why was this microopornik not destroyed in the first 5 minutes of the battle along with its defenders? Why did the fighters not have the appropriate average defeat?

In the event that it was trench - it would have been more logical to take an 82mm mortar and destroy everyone in the trench in 2-3 minutes, using correction from the UAV ...
The article says that the Armed Forces of Ukraine did just that - considering that for 3+ hours of combat in the "trench" there are already soldiers of the Russian army.
"Fox" and "Ted" are great, but they spent the BC, but there were no dead, but there are prisoners who were persuaded to surrender - that means the battle went on at a distance of audibility of a human voice ...
It can use more ATGMs with thermoboric warheads "just on target" - on TV they seem to have many ATGM launches in the direction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but they don’t show where they hit ...

And I think so - it would be necessary to hang the spotter drone,
Put a mortar with modern precision digital adjustment-guidance and automatic loading, pieces of 25 minutes in a cassette.
Flatten the enemy trench "in foil" absolutely accurate hitting the right place...
And then the guys can calmly enter under the control of the dispatcher from the drone with information on tactical communications. Without risking their precious lives!

The second option is grenade launchers with an accurate distance of +/- 0.5 meters, detonation over the target ...

But why is all this not in the troops (and not provided for a year!)? ... And we are fighting like in the First World War? ... You need to ask other ENEMIES !!
