Lavrov: In the absence of changes, Moscow will proceed from the fact that the grain deal is no longer functioning

Discussions around the deal on the export of Ukrainian grain, concluded in June last year between Russia and Ukraine, mediated by Turkey and the UN, continue. Moscow has repeatedly stated that the terms of the agreement are either violated or not fulfilled.

Once again, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergei Lavrov, spoke about the expediency for Russia of maintaining the grain deal. According to him, if the situation around this agreement does not change for the better, Moscow will consider that it is no longer functioning. The Minister of Foreign Affairs added that so far he does not see any prospects indicating possible progress in the implementation of the grain deal.

If everything remains as it is, and, apparently, it will be so, then it will be necessary to proceed from the fact that it (the deal) is no longer functioning

- said the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

One of the points of the Black Sea grain agreement concerned, among other things, that Russia could freely sell its agricultural products and fertilizers. However, Moscow is dissatisfied with the fact that for almost a year the agreement has been implemented only in the part that is beneficial to the West and Kyiv - the export of Ukrainian grain.

Recall that the deal was extended until July 17. Its further extension will be a big question if the next statements from the series “we will extend for another two months, but now certainly for the last time” do not follow.

Well, that's it, Erdogan was re-elected, you can put an end to this disgrace called the "grain deal"!
        Our hands are untied.
Let Rajep celebrate victory and enjoy power, and our task is to reset the Odessa port facilities and berths. Destroy logistics and storage centers based on the port infrastructure of this city.
Annihilate all Western vehicles in these warehouses.

That's why once again "puff out your cheeks"? Do it first, then talk. Once upon a time, from China, everyone in the world laughed with his "101 warnings" ...

If memory does not lie, back in that year ours threatened to stop "safe navigation", to which the Turks replied "we ourselves will be able to drive Ukrainian ships", after which everything became as it was.

Well, you can’t (don’t want to) do it, why then threaten? Nothing hits the authority of the state so much as the idle talk of the country's officials.

      Elections were held in Turkey.
Erdogan won. And the extension of the deal was precisely for the sake of supporting Erdogan in the elections.
Now there is no need for this, and the deal can be curtailed, a normal blockade can be established and the port infrastructure of the Odessa ports can be destroyed.
And Türkiye will now receive grain from Russia.
And it will also receive a gas hub from Russia.
      And a nuclear power plant.
And the right to implement (further) parallel imports for the Russian Federation.
This is money - profit for the budget and economy of Turkey.
But the fact that the United States, England and the EU countries tried to overthrow Erdogan and even prepared a new putsch for him, if not a civil war, he REMEMBERED.
And we will soon see what conclusions and consequences will follow from this.

Do the authorities really still think that they will let us sell our products as part of this deal? They are either completely stupid or naive there. The whole country understands, but they all believe and wait for the good will of the enemies.

it is most likely impossible to stop the movement of ships along the western coast of the Black Sea, well, the Russian fleet will not stop ships in NATO’s territorial waters, and it’s also most likely impossible to destroy ports, there remains only a wild fire on the ports to complicate the loading of mooring, well, in general, so as not to they swam, but apparently it’s not so easy either, so they play a deal, because they can’t admit that they just accepted an ultimatum

Until an official decision is made and measures are taken to prevent the supply of grain, these are just the words of a high-ranking official, and not the position of the state.

AND? What's next? "I'll cross it off the list"?
"we were deceived", "they don't comply", "we haven't started yet"...
What do we do in response?

You can stop right now: deploy submarines and declare a blockade of Odessa.

Are you sure that the real combat capability (first of all, stealth) of our submarines is very different from that of the Moskva guards missile cruiser? The cruiser has already been deployed.
To arrange some kind of blockade, you need to be able to do it. If the Black Sea Fleet is already being attacked at its own base, then when it goes to sea, how long will it take for the entire remaining fleet to follow the "Moscow"?

We have no control over anything in this deal.
With whom the deal was clear. We are simply ignored there.
Erdogan is only good if it benefits him. Shed it and he dictates the terms. Ours only blow bubbles.

everything is much simpler, those who are at the top are simply incompetent, they have no idea what they are doing and most importantly why, when plan A failed last spring, it became obvious that there was no plan B at all, that having the intelligence that they had, there was no it was necessary to start nothing at all, those who at the top can’t do anything at all, neither good nor bad, nothing at all, they don’t see a causal relationship in natural phenomena, in December 21st I was sure that a strange ultimatum about returning NATO to the borders of 1997 years, it’s just a way to rake sanctions from the West in order to explain to the people why all of a sudden everything is bad, but there were no sanctions, I thought it was a sinful thing that CBO is a way to earn them all the same, but the strangeness with which this CBO was carried out suggests what to think they just can't

The mice pricked, but continued to eat the cactus, well, what else can we give Erdagan some kind of respite, besides the one for gas, and he will continue to arm Ukraine, he is definitely our friend, otherwise it might be worth choosing better friends.
