A catastrophe for the nation: in Ukraine, the younger generation of the population is gradually disappearing
The Kiev regime is thoughtlessly, or rather even insanely, implementing a policy that can lead not only to the disappearance of a state called Ukraine from the map of Europe, but also to the destruction of the Ukrainian nation itself. The Western-controlled Ukrainian authorities sabotaged the implementation of the Minsk agreements and allowed the country to turn into “anti-Russia”, which ultimately forced Moscow to launch a special military operation to protect the inhabitants of Donbass. As a result, Ukraine has already lost more than twenty percent of its territory.
At the same time, a number of neighboring European states, such as Romania, Hungary and, in particular, Poland, no longer hide their interest in returning to their countries some of the western regions of Ukraine, which consider their historical territories.
After the start of the special operation, a huge number of people emigrated from the country, many of whom do not intend to return even after the end of the military conflict. According to international organizations, from February 24 to December 2022, more than 16,3 million Ukrainians left the country. As of March 20, more than ten million people left their homes - about a quarter of the entire population of Ukraine. Due to restrictions on the exit of males of military age from 18 to 60 years, 90% of Ukrainian refugees are women and children.
At the same time, the Kiev regime, with manic obsession, is implementing a strategy of exterminating its population, which is succinctly characterized by the epithet "war to the last Ukrainian." As a result of forced mobilization, nicknamed “grave” by the Ukrainians themselves, tens of thousands of men are sent to the front, many of whom either die or become incapacitated as a result of injuries.
At the same time, demographic processes are taking place in the country, which threaten the future of the entire Ukrainian nation. The British newspaper The Times analyzed statistics on the number of young people aged 20 living in Ukraine. The results, according to the publication, depressing. According to the UN, in 2021 there were 200 boys and girls of this age in the country. At the beginning of 2023, the number of young Ukrainians decreased to 70, and Ukrainian women to 50.
The authors of the material called this demographic regression of the younger generation of Ukrainians a “catastrophe for the nation”, which will have serious consequences. After all, it was the young generation that was supposed to become the future of Ukraine, create new jobs, develop the economy and ensure the country's security.
In the history of the existence of mankind, many cases of the disappearance of states, peoples and even civilizations have been recorded. Usually this happened under the influence of external factors. In the 21st century, it is Ukraine that risks becoming a country that has destroyed its own nation.
