Head of the mobilization department: I want to assure everyone that the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces has no plans for a second wave of mobilization

A briefing was held at the Russian Ministry of Defense on the topics of the starting spring conscription (the decree on spring conscription was signed by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief the day before - March 30 and involves conscripting 147 people into the Russian army). The briefing was held by Rear Admiral Vladimir Tsimlyansky, head of the Main Organizational and Mobilization Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

According to Rear Admiral Tsimlyansky, all conscripts will serve on the territory of the Russian Federation. The day before, there was information (from the head of the profile committee of the State Duma, General Andrey Kartapolov) that recruits would not be sent to new regions of Russia (Kherson, Zaporozhye regions, the DPR and LPR).

Tsimlyansky:

The conscripts will serve in the points of permanent deployment on the territory of Russia.

The head of the GOMU of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces also commented on the issue of the so-called second wave of mobilization. According to Vladimir Tsimlyansky, there are no plans of the General Staff to conduct a second wave of mobilization.

Rear Admiral:

I want to assure everyone that the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces has no such plans. The mobilized citizens, as well as those who voluntarily expressed a desire to participate in the special operation, are quite enough to complete the assigned tasks.

Answering questions about conscription for "urgent" service, Rear Admiral pointed out that conscripts, in the absence of the possibility of serving a summons, can be notified of the call in electronic form. There is such an opportunity, as Rear Admiral noted.

By law, the summons must be signed. if you didn’t sign, then you didn’t get it. It seems to be the law.
And how will this work with electronic agendas? Do you have to send a confirmation e-mail about receipt?

No, the system will simply display a message that the document has been received by the subscriber.
Such a system of electronic SMS-notification through GAS "Pravosudie" has long been working in the courts of general jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.
True, the SIM card must be registered on the subscriber's passport.

Yeah, that's it ... That is, theoretically, if I was a conscript but I have a SIM card for my wife registered, then they won't send me a summons, right? After all, I'm not in the list of mobile users.

PS then this is a minus of the system ....

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation will first, like the courts, make inquiries to the cellular communication company about all SIM cards issued to a specific person.
Of course, no one will send a summons to his wife and relatives.

That's all, now the mowers will urgently run to throw away their SIM cards, terminate contracts with telecom operators and start using SIM cards that are registered to relatives. And formally, they can’t send anything to them ..... Only to catch it personally, then it turns out like this ...

Now, if it worked through the State Services .... It’s purple for them - whose SIM card. If the application is installed and the addressee is logged in, the addressee will receive a summons. But if the State Services application is not installed - again, a bummer....

And what does everyone have? By the way, about a month ago, Tele2 got me with calls and requests to go to them with a passport for confirmation, or do it through public services. I stopped answering unknown numbers. They sent an SMS that they would stop serving me if I did not confirm the data. I don’t have public services, and I don’t feel like registering, stepping there - yes, I saw them in a coffin, scored this warning, and that’s it. Something does not turn off the SIM card.

Government services are generally a useful thing. The queue for an initial visit to government agencies is being shortened.
The main thing is not to enter all the data there, like military ID, children, etc.
PS There was a conversation about an electronic passport, they did it, an electronic PTS (car), sooner or later everything will be electronic, without papers, and you will have to communicate with government services.... For those who are especially stubborn, they will come up with a law...
PS If you are 50+ years old and above, maybe you will be lucky and escape from all this))) Although they raise the retirement age every year, if you don’t have time, they will tell you, “why should you go?” without government services we will not issue a pension or additional payment.

The main goal is to earn big money. On the other hand, on the supply of equipment, which, instead of being disposed of on paper, will be restored and sent for destruction to the outskirts. And all the money for the restoration will be put into their own pockets by officials of the defense department of the sending countries, European officials on the salary and lobbyists.
And on our side, 1,5 million sets of uniforms will not be counted, or maybe (my guess) instead of one amount of building materials they will bring 3 times less, and then again shelling, destruction and write-off of materials. Well, no one will forget the line of defense of the Bran governor Bogomaz (more precisely, the absence or incomplete presence of this line, as you feel more comfortable).

If there is no desire to win, then why start first? I remind you that the NWO was initiated by Russia. Russia is the advancing side here, not the defending side, that is, the status quo of its leaders was not initially satisfied. After all, it was possible simply to find out what they want from us after our defeat and give it away without starting the NWO. And faster, and fewer sanctions.

Conflict with Turkey (at that time there was no such lafa with Erdogan). International isolation and sanctions (Russia-aggressor).

there are no plans of the General Staff to conduct a second wave of mobilization.

This means that there are no plans to fulfill the goals of the NWO - the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, the offensive in Ukraine against Kyiv and Odessa.

The current strength of the SVO grouping is only enough for local military operations in the Donbass.

And since there are no plans for the liberation of all of Ukraine, the capture of Kiev and Odessa, there are no plans to win the war in Ukraine, since without the capture of Kiev and Odessa, no victory in Ukraine for the Russian Federation is simply impossible, achieving peace in the current LBS while maintaining the Nazi regime in Kiev in principle impossible in any way.

This means that all the plans of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are not based on achieving the initial goals of the NVO - the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, but are aimed at achieving a new temporary truce on the current LBS, which must somehow be kept until a new war with Ukraine .

They want only one thing - a temporary truce with Ukraine (if possible, according to the current LBS) and the restoration of the pre-war level of relations, the normalization of relations with the US and the EU.

But the United States and NATO did not prepare a war in Ukraine for this, and invested hundreds of billions of dollars in equipping the Armed Forces of Ukraine not so that Russia retains the land corridor to Crimea and Crimea itself, they need a strategic defeat of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.
And while Ukraine itself is ready and able to fight further with Russia, the United States and NATO will not allow any temporary truce and peace negotiations on the terms of the Russian Federation.

It's just that the war will drag on for at least ten years in the absence of any desire of the leadership of the Russian Federation to inflict a crushing defeat on the Armed Forces of Ukraine on all fronts.

And without the mobilization of a significant number (at least 2 million people), without a massive air offensive, without destroying the entire transport and energy infrastructure of Ukraine, without an attack on Kyiv and Odessa, this is simply impossible.

The territory of Ukraine without Crimea is one and a half times larger than that of Germany. The front is a thousand kilometers. I believe that the leadership knew IT a year ago.

And the number of warring troops compared to the Second World War? An order of magnitude less. Perhaps that's how it's supposed to be? To whom?

If the task is to keep the current LBS, maintain the land corridor to the Crimea, which is shot through by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the Sea of Azov, and temporarily freeze the conflict in Ukraine until a new war with it, then yes, that’s enough.

And the number of warring troops compared to the Second World War? An order of magnitude less. Is it necessary?

This is a low-intensity military conflict. With an increase in the number of troops by an order of magnitude, the losses will increase by an order of magnitude. In order to make the enemy fear and surrender, it is necessary to mobilize, train, arm, provide military equipment and ammunition for another 2-3 million people. But this can ruin the economy, after the Second World War the country was recovering for several years. Well, women still give birth to people.

If the size of the army of only one side increases by an order of magnitude, losses will decrease. Do you remember the axiom about at least three times superiority in the offensive? During the Second World War, it happened eight times in the main directions.

It is necessary either to have an overwhelming advantage at least in a local sector, or not to start hostilities at all.

Suvorov's methods essentially amounted to a successful blitzkrieg. However, he worked miracles that are beyond the power of today.

Dear, the times of Napoleon and Julius Caesar have passed, now it’s not enough to increase it, you still need to equip it with modern weapons that need to be made, well, and even outfit, feed and so on.

It's good that you remembered Napoleon:
"those who sit in the fortress always lose."

No one in the world has ever achieved victory and peace by defense without an offensive and complete defeat of the enemy.

If the size of the army of only one side increases by an order of magnitude

What makes you think that the enemy will sit back and not carry out additional mobilization? The population allows it.
Do you remember the axiom about at least three times superiority in the offensive? During the Second World War, it happened eight times in the main directions.

Therefore, it is necessary to increase the size of the army, because. there are not enough reserves to ensure a 3-fold superiority at least in the local area. So some Russian military leaders taught at the Academy of the General Staff and do not you know this?

They wanted to enter paradise with little effort without straining. Did not work out.
But the desire is still there.

When the blitzkrieg failed, it became obvious (unfortunately not to everyone!) that the country needed mobilization, and especially the economy. Deep structural changes are needed. Until the change of order. But, someone else is under the illusion that it is possible to win (not only with Ukraine, but with the entire collective West) without seriously changing anything.

Who came up with this concept as "wave"? "Partial" mobilization has not been canceled. I don’t know what’s in the heads of the Ministry of Defense and who writes papers to the supreme, but from the zombie man they pour on our ears how everything is “fine” with us. Income growth is 0.3%, unemployment is declining, life has become 2 years longer, and so on. We don’t watch federal channels ourselves, but my mother-in-law is tired of explaining what is happening, although I myself can’t really understand, but really [mat] what is happening? IMHO!

    1) this is a high-intensity conflict - all branches of the armed forces participate in it, except for the Strategic Missile Forces.

    2) with an increase in the number of troops and with the opening of an offensive, in addition to the Donbass, on Kiev, Kharkov, Kherson, Zaporozhye, Odessa, the losses of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will increase relatively, but the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will increase many times, as well as the amount of destroyed NATO equipment.

    3) to defeat a country of 40 million, supported by the entire NATO bloc, it is necessary to mobilize, train and arm at least 2 million people.

    4) during the Second World War, the number of the Red Army was more than 10 million people, but this did not ruin the economy of the USSR. Do you want to achieve the titanic tasks of the NWO without straining?

    5) The Second World War brought the occupation of the Baltic states, Belarus, Ukraine, a significant part of the RSFSR, thousands of cities of the USSR, thousands of factories were destroyed. Now the territory of the Russian Federation, except for part of the Kherson, Zaporozhye regions, the LPR and the DPR, is not occupied or destroyed by the enemy. The difference however.

    6) if you return the Stalinist demographic policy - return criminal liability for abortion, the tax on childlessness and non-familyhood, children's kitchens, free education and medicine, mortgages at 1% per annum, state-guaranteed employment - yes, they will give birth.

150 is the absolute minimum, if we are talking about maintaining our current positions, with no chance of any offensive action, I understand that our authorities already know that we are on the defensive in all areas? The plan for further action is clear, defense at all costs and expectation of some kind of negotiations in the hope of stopping hostilities. What if America and Ukraine do not want to talk and negotiate? This is a very short-sighted thinking, we need to think about what will happen in six months or a year.
