Russian Foreign Minister: Ensuring the protection of Russians in Pridnestrovie is our priority

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that ensuring the protection of Russians in Transnistria is a top priority for Moscow.

About 250 Russian citizens live in Pridnestrovie, and, of course, we are responsible for them. The main tasks of the peacekeeping contingent and the operational group of Russian troops are precisely the careful protection of the huge ammunition depot in Kolbasna. I also want to remind you that we have a corresponding mandate, which was once agreed upon with all the parties. We believe that it still retains its relevance.

- the diplomat said in an interview with news agency TASS.

At the same time, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry admitted that the current situation in the region leaves much to be desired due to the anti-Russian orientation caused by the reckless policy that the leadership of Moldova, headed by President Maia Sandu, decided to pursue. In this context, Lavrov also recalled the scandalous law "on separatism" adopted by the legislative body of the republic.

Here is what he had to say about this:

Unfortunately, we have to state that the negotiation process in the “5+2” format is actually frozen, since the West had a hand in this to a large extent, imposing its vision of the “settlement” of the Transnistrian problem on the Moldovan authorities, which ultimately resulted in a confrontational and the stalemate policy of President Sandu

The minister did not bypass the role of Kyiv here, which, “as a sign of solidarity” with official Chisinau, does not exclude the possibility of interfering in this process, including by force.

Recall that lately, the leadership of the Republic of Moldova has been increasingly calling for the withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of the republic, because, according to the ruling majority, only in this way it will allegedly be possible to preserve the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country, within its internationally recognized borders.

Transnistria may have to make a difficult decision. The problem is how beautiful it is to regroup, or at least extract to Turkey, if the Moldovans give the Khinzirs consent to the self-delivery of the warehouses. Balakliya and Kupyansk (especially the latter) are an indelible stain on our armed forces. All those civilians who were finished by the Nazis after a gesture of goodwill on the conscience of those who frankly dried up the direction. Although they have no conscience.

Well, yes, and then another series of difficult decisions on the Crimea, Donbass, Kuban, Belgorod.

Waving his mandate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and NATO, does Lavrov expect to protect Pridnestrovie from occupation?

And the mandate is no longer valid; it was withdrawn years ago.

Well, there was Gromyko - when did China violate the border, and what? There were a lot of skirmishes besides Damansky.
And if it weren’t for the army, Gromyko wouldn’t have decided there

Absolutely right, the best defense of Pridnestrovie is its entry into Russia ... along with Odessa, Nikolaev and many other regions of the former Ukrainian SSR ... Now everything is only for the command of the NWO ... We need the Rokossovskys, Vasilevskys, Antonovs, Konevs, Petrovs and the like, but I would also like to remind some of our "Hindenburgs" about the reasons for the end of the same Pavlov ...

Even Pavlov, against the background of the current murad Lapins, was great ... it's scary to think that the Nazis attacked these, God forgive me generals

In 1914, Hindenburg slept through the entire battle with the Russian army of Rennenkampf, thanks to which he was known as the savior of Germany and became Reich President, and on January 30, 1933, he fulfilled his destiny - he transferred power over Germany to the new Reich Chancellor Adolf Hitler and a year later went on promotion.

    And what can we do?
We have about 300 troops there. And about 1300 local contractors. There are no heavy weapons and equipment. The Armed Forces of Transnistria itself, with those already mobilized, are about 7000 people.
There is now a group of 20 Ukrainians on the border with them. Experienced, fighting for a year. Motivated. With art and tanks.
We can’t fight there from the word in any way. In the best scenario, after the attack, ours can blow up the warehouses and try to evacuate by air.
Well, Westerners continue to amuse the phrases of our Foreign Ministry in the style of "an attack on (substitute anything) is an attack on Russia", as well as drawing red lines, which they regularly wash off with a jet, I will not say what.

protecting Russians in Transnistria is a top priority for Moscow

After more than a year, the shelling of Donetsk does not stop. Probably because the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation does not consider the Russians from Donetsk a priority.

I heard something similar during 14-21 years in relation to Donbass.
"...we are responsible for them." And if something happens to them, you... What?

More than a million citizens of Moldova have Romanian citizenship at the same time. Approximately one hundred thousand of them are residents of Transnistria. How to be? And from the Dniester to Romania in a straight line 100 km. Or is it just Lavrov again marked the line that it is desirable for the West to cross?

In Transnistria, many have three passports - Moldovan, Romanian and Russian. It is hard to say who is responsible for them. Until recently, sitting on three chairs was fine for most people there. If you have to decide, then it is far from a fact - what choice the majority will make, especially since Russia can only help the inhabitants there with Lavrov's menacingly frowned eyebrows.

How tired of listening to this chatter that does not carry any semantic load. Everything that could be achieved for Russia through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 20 years has been merged into the toilet, no allies, no authority in the world. Lavrov does not understand that the time has come for young people in international relations, a time where pragmatism and globalization have come out on top, instead of saliva and snot. The exam is not set, the score is two!

And here the young are not young? How many young people were there in Russia in the 90s? In addition to the default, all these Kirienkas, Chubais and other Gaidars led to what???

Yes, and Kozyrev was much younger than Lavrov at one time ... Lavrov is a weak Foreign Minister, in my value judgment, but changing him just because you need a young one is nonsense

Yes, everything is so, but it turns out that employees of the FBI, the State Department can visit her (and probably drop by), and ask her to say hello to dad, with wishes - what should he say and do so that everything is fine with her daughter. Are the sons and daughters of our other upper people, including HIMSELF, doing well? Is everyone safe in their native land? The sons, probably, of the majority, volunteered for the NWO?

The people of Moldova have no desire to fight with Transnistria. The political power in Chisinau does not enjoy the support of the majority of the population. Critical infrastructure in Moldova can be destroyed in one day, which will cause a protest of the population as soon as the lights go out and the gas runs out. For the authorities, this is unacceptable and will destroy all plans for a smooth and quiet entry of the republic into Romania. From Ukraine, it is impossible to attack the territory of Moldova recognized by the world community without its consent. Despite the fact that the inhabitants of Transnistria have three passports, the majority do not know the Ukrainian and Romanian languages, speak Russian, and will not be able to join the Ukrainian or Romanian society. The motivation and combat readiness of the peacekeepers and the army of the PMR at the highest level, even without modern technology, know what awaits them in the event of the arrival of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they will not scatter, because there is nowhere, and one airfield in Tiraspol will not save from NATO air defense. There are no extra military men in Ukraine now. War benefits no one. Everything can be solved diplomatically with the help of the Russian Foreign Ministry and Sergei Viktorovich. There is no panic.
