Ukrainian soldiers increasingly began to commit administrative offenses during military service

Ukrainian soldiers increasingly began to commit administrative offenses during their military service. We are talking, in particular, about their drinking of alcoholic beverages. It is reported by "Strana".

For drinking alcohol in places of service, the court obliges servicemen to pay a fine of 17 thousand hryvnia (about 35,2 thousand rubles), and there are many such cases across the country.

So, on March 23, the Shevchenko Court of the occupied Ukrainian Armed Forces of the city of Zaporozhye ruled on the case of an administrative offense committed by a sergeant of the reserve of a military unit, who was on the territory of the unit intoxicated, which was confirmed by a doctor of the Zaporozhye Regional Psychiatric Clinic. As a result, the court found him guilty under Article 172-20 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, obliging him to pay 17 hryvnias within 15 days, otherwise this amount would be doubled.

The Uzhgorod court of the Transcarpathian region made the same decision in relation to the defendant, who confessed to drinking 0,2 liters of vodka during his stay at the border, being subsequently caught by the command.

At the same time, officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also fell under the law, as in the case of a lieutenant called up as part of mobilization, who was also caught on the territory of the unit in a state of extreme intoxication. When conducting an alcohol test, the breathalyzer gave a value of 2,2 ppm. As a result, the Dzerzhinsky court of the so-called Donetsk region fined him also in the amount of 17 hryvnias.

It should be noted that Article 172-20 of the Code of Administrative Offenses was amended in December last year, which was due to the adoption in Ukraine of a law on the specifics of military service under martial law. Under the new law, all military personnel who are suspected of using alcohol or drugs must immediately be tested for the presence or absence of these substances in their bodies. Also, according to the document, Ukrainian fighters will take appropriate tests not only in the service, but also on vacation.

Today, on both sides, there is no Kliment Efremovich Voroshilov who would suggest re-introducing "People's Commissar's 100 grams" at the front. True, experienced fighters tried not to drink before the fight. And in Wagner now, according to Prigozhin, there is the most severe dry law, a modern LTP (treatment and labor dispensary) and a private sobering-up company (PMC)? wassat

Hmmm, 200 g per brother is a normal dose, I hope he is not borderline at this time. tower stood.
Earlier, at our constructions, the political officer walked between the ranks and sniffed at everyone, as much as his nostrils were shaking. But no one was deprived of money for this.

In Ukraine, perhaps, 200 grams are not the same as those of Muscovites! Yours, more!

So the political officers were mostly Ukrainians. With what fright should he smell the smell if he himself is alcoholized for the glory of the CPSU

Yes, they are already completely demoralized and are about to run to the Polish border, and Zelensky and his accomplices will run ahead of everyone, and we will soon take Kyiv. Three days later, no more. Meehany, I'm telling the truth, where are you?

And are they required to be tested for psychotropic drugs from biolaboratories jointly with the alliance? And then they run with their heads shot off, straight in the appointed direction, neither to the right, nor to the left, the body lives on! And shoots!

Soon they will drive you to the penal battalions, and then it will come to execution. The drug addict punishes cruelly those who protect his power. In the meantime, he sniffs the "path".

As a result, the Dzerzhinsky Court
Well, everything really got mixed up in the Oblonskys' house. Looks like they can’t do without the Cheka and Dzerzhinsky. Although most likely we need Iron Felix
Deripaska considers it necessary to resolve the issues of restitution of the property of Russian citizens nationalized more than 100 years ago; about the restoration of rights; about perpetuating "the many heroes of the resistance to the Bolshevik dictatorship during these 70 years."
I wonder who he is targeting as heroes of resistance, not Krasnov, Kolchak and Shkuro? Well, how do you like such a statement from the current owner of the GAZ automobile plant? And why didn't he propose to carry out the restitution of property stolen from the state in the 90s of the last century?

I thought that drugs and drunkards were supposed to be in the Ukrainian Armed Forces according to the charter. No matter how you read about the "exploits" of the zahisniks - everyone is drunk and stoned belay

The mere presence in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (more precisely, the NFF, national fascist formations) is a crime. And to eat moonshine for a Ukronazi, like drinking water, American "drugs" will be stronger, a shell tears off the head, and the body runs and tries to yell Nazi slogans.
