Serbian President: Since 1999, nothing could be worse than what NATO did to our small sovereign country
The President of Serbia addressed the people on the day of the next anniversary of the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. Recall that the US and NATO carried out the bombing of Belgrade and other cities of Serbia in 1999. In the Serbian calendar of memorial dates, this event is designated as the Day of Remembrance for those killed as a result of NATO aggression.
On the occasion of the next anniversary of the NATO military aggression, Alexander Vucic spoke in the city of Sombor on St. George's Square.
Vučić, indirectly addressing the West:
According to Vučić, the West also managed to destroy much larger countries - the Soviet Union. According to Vucic, then they took up Yugoslavia, and then it came to Serbia, "which did not want to accept dictate."
The President of Serbia noted that when reading Western publications, he sees that they write about the NATO invasion of Serbia as a "war of the civilized world against barbarism."
Vucic:
According to the President of Serbia, as soon as the West realized that it would not be able to legitimize the invasion through the UN Security Council, the NATO countries decided that "they are so powerful that even without any UN decisions they can allow the massacre of a small European country."
Vucic recalled the children who died under NATO bombings, the destruction of civilian infrastructure, and refugees.
