Serbian President: Since 1999, nothing could be worse than what NATO did to our small sovereign country

The President of Serbia addressed the people on the day of the next anniversary of the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. Recall that the US and NATO carried out the bombing of Belgrade and other cities of Serbia in 1999. In the Serbian calendar of memorial dates, this event is designated as the Day of Remembrance for those killed as a result of NATO aggression.

According to Vučić, the West also managed to destroy much larger countries - the Soviet Union. According to Vucic, then they took up Yugoslavia, and then it came to Serbia, "which did not want to accept dictate."

The President of Serbia noted that when reading Western publications, he sees that they write about the NATO invasion of Serbia as a "war of the civilized world against barbarism."

Vucic:

They say they attacked a sovereign country because of a "humanitarian catastrophe". My question is: how many humanitarian disasters have you actually prevented? You have used armed separatist groups in a country that has never violated the sovereignty of other countries even with the little toe of its foot.

According to the President of Serbia, as soon as the West realized that it would not be able to legitimize the invasion through the UN Security Council, the NATO countries decided that "they are so powerful that even without any UN decisions they can allow the massacre of a small European country."

Vucic recalled the children who died under NATO bombings, the destruction of civilian infrastructure, and refugees.

You took away part of our territory, you killed our people. Who gave you this right? You broke the spirit of the Serbs, but I want to say that the Serbian spirit is not broken.
