MGIMO professor: US will have to answer in court for sabotage at Nord Stream
30
The acts of sabotage committed by American intelligence agencies on the Russian Nord Stream gas pipelines give every reason to call the United States a terrorist state, but over time, these actions will inevitably become the subject of a lawsuit, as a result of which those involved in the undermining will have to answer for their actions. This opinion was expressed by a political scientist, professor at MGIMO of the Russian Foreign Ministry Andranik Migranyan.
During a press conference organized by the Rossiya Segodnya media group, the expert emphasized that the sabotage, which resulted in the destruction of the Nord Stream gas pipelines, occupies a special place among the numerous other crimes of the Americans. The investigation conducted by the journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner Seymour Hersh dealt a colossal blow to the reputation of the United States and now it is safe to call the American state a terrorist state.
The political scientist recalled that the American intelligence services struck not only against their potential enemy, but also against the property of Germany, which is a US ally in NATO, as well as the economic interests of American allies in Europe.
Migranyan concluded that with the weakening of dominance and the levers of pressure available to the United States on the international community, the actions of the American leadership will inevitably become the subject of legal proceedings and their desire to harm Russia will have very serious consequences for them.
