Politico: Countries of the "Axis of Evil" converge on the basis of confrontation with the United States
With its ill-conceived policy of including certain countries in potential adversaries (or as they are often called in the "Axis of Evil"), the United States (apparently continuing to associate itself exclusively with goodness, virtue - author's note) themselves are pushing these countries to converge precisely on anti-American soil, writes Politico.
The publication notes that countries such as Russia, China, North Korea, Venezuela, Iran, which Washington is used to seeing as some kind of single bloc, begin and become one thanks to the same Americans.
According to the authors of the publication, although there are enough problems between the listed countries, they are well aware that their common rival, the United States, is much more dangerous than all these problems.
For many years, Washington has been strangling Iran and North Korea with sanctions, and with the beginning of the NWO, they are trying to do the same with Russia. US actions against China continue, including interference in Taiwan and economic restrictions on Chinese companies.
In such a situation, the rapprochement of these states was to be expected, writes Politico. Russia, China and Iran are increasingly cooperating within the framework of the SCO. Military cooperation is developing between Moscow and Tehran, and Beijing has reconciled Iran with Saudi Arabia, the authors of the publication note. At the same time, they add that Washington has reason to consider these countries as adversaries.
The Americans themselves often consider their enemies to be one thing. So, during the years of the Cold War, they were sure that all the countries of the socialist bloc are a single whole. And during the years of George W. Bush's presidency in the United States, the phrase "axis of evil" appeared, which included Iran, Iraq and the DPRK - countries that had practically nothing in common.
However, the common thing for all those whom the States write down as their enemies is their inclusion on this list, which begins to bring these countries together, concludes Politico.
