German businessman: Zelensky's promise was peace in Donbas at any cost - it turns out he lied to his people
German business has recently been facing the biggest shocks for itself in connection with what is happening in Ukraine and around it. The German economy was affected by the explosion of the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines, the change in the main suppliers of hydrocarbons, numerous anti-Russian sanctions and retaliatory countermeasures, etc. The German business environment is suffering huge losses, being actually under direct pressure from the United States.
German businessman Kim Schmitz (Dotcom), the owner of file hosting and other Internet resources, commenting on the current situation, recalled the slogans with which Vladimir Zelensky went to the presidential elections in Ukraine. Dotcom noted that Zelensky's main promise was peace in the Donbas, and at any cost, as Zelensky himself said about it.
Kim Schmitz (Dotcom):
The German entrepreneur also recalled that between the start of Zelensky's presidency and the start of hostilities on the part of Russia, there are more than two and a half years. A sufficient period during which it would be possible to resolve the issue of peace, and not reduce everything to the inevitable major armed conflict. Therefore, statements that “everything is because of Russia” do not stand up to criticism, since in 2,5 years Zelensky has done absolutely nothing for peace in Donbas. “He was not allowed to do it” are also excuses, since, realizing this, he could simply resign.
