German reporter: There is clear evidence that the northern region of Bakhmut has fallen to Russian forces
Western journalists, who can hardly be suspected of sympathy for Russia, are catching the Ukrainian general staff in a lie. We are talking about the statements of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which say that Ukrainian troops are repelling attacks in Yagodnoye, as well as in the northern region of Bakhmut - in Stupki. Recall that earlier PMC "Wagner" took control of both Yagodnoye and Stupki.
The reporter of the German publication Bild, which often itself signs in frank Russophobia, this time it is very clear that the Ukrainian troops really lost the north of Bakhmut (Artyomovsk) and all the territories that adjoin the city from the north.
We are talking about reporter Yulian Ryopka, who on his social network page provides a lot of evidence that Russian forces have taken control of the north of the city.
Ryupke:
Simply put, Ryopke makes it clear that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is lying, continuing to declare attacks allegedly repulsed by Ukrainian troops in this direction.
German reporter:
He cites footage of Russian fighters in Stupki and other parts of Artyomovsk.
Against this background, the term "danger of encirclement" is increasingly used in the Western press. At the same time, various versions are expressed of how many Ukrainian soldiers may end up in the Artyomovsk “cauldron”. The minimum numbers are 2,5-3 thousand. Maximum - about 12 thousand people. The data, as noted, also differ because many Ukrainian servicemen deployed to the city “could have died,” but continue to be listed as “at the front” in the lists of their units.
