6
Today we are transported to New York and look at the details of the machines, I mean the planes and helicopters located on the deck of the museum aircraft carrier Intrepid. This ship-museum is one of the iconic sights of New York, a must-see destination for many tourists and visitors to the city. The proposed selection of photographs was made in 2005 year, even before the aircraft carrier went to the reconstruction, and the aircraft were subjected to not quite adequate repainting.

The author, of course, was right in calling the photo selection the details of machines, but still, without a close-up, it’s hard to get attached to individual units and assemblies

Yes, general plans on the Web, I think, are enough. As a modeler, I’m interested in little things (I hope not only to me).
Thanks to the author! Great photo story!

I happened to be near in 2005, but could not get aboard - there was some kind of patriotic gathering of bikers and all this hairy fraternity quietly stood in line for the aircraft carrier, about 350-400 people. All adjoining streets were clogged with rows of Harleys, and their owners behaved like pioneers - they didn’t drink beer, they didn’t muddle the people around, they got some non-Hollywood ones.

Awesome museum in fact. Attendance is crazy. Constantly something new. More to such. But he is more than self-supporting!

Great photos. And on the upper deck it looks like our tank.
Eh, we would have such museums, but the mentality is different - that we do not store, having lost crying.
