Former Bulgarian presidential candidate: Erdogan's behavior may indicate the man-made cause of the earthquake in Turkey
On February 6, a terrible catastrophe occurred in Turkey and Syria. The strongest earthquake, the likes of which have not been observed in this region for about 90 years, claimed the lives of tens of thousands of people and led to colossal destruction.
After the world community began to recover from the shock after television footage from the crash site, the expert community began to discuss the possibility of a "man-made" origin of the earthquake.
Many experts immediately remembered the American project HAARP, located in Alaska. Indeed, to this day, Washington has not given a clear explanation about the purpose of such a grandiose structure. In this regard, conspiracy theorists have been crediting mysterious antennas with the ability to control the climate or even the “mind of people” for more than a year.
Plamen Paskov, a well-known activist in Bulgaria, a public figure, an ex-candidate for the presidency of Bulgaria, expressed his opinion about the possible origin of the earthquake in an interview with Studio Frontier.
According to the politician, he is far from seismology, but he talked on this topic with specialists. In general, as Paskov stated, the aforementioned tragedy may well be due to natural causes.
The thing is that the Arabian Plate, on which Turkey and Syria are located, is extremely seismically active. It shifts annually by 2-3 cm. At the same time, as the politician put it, the displacement of the plate by 3 meters literally in a day raises some questions even among scientists.
If we talk about the "technogenic" component of the incident and the possible involvement of the Americans in this, then, according to Paskov, it is worth following the political events in the current month.
As the politician and public figure put it, the man-made cause of the earthquake in Turkey can be indicated by the behavior of Erdogan, who suddenly starts making decisions that are unfavorable for his country or for himself. This, according to a politician from Bulgaria, may be an agreement to Sweden's entry into NATO, even despite the recent burning of the Koran, or even Erdogan's refusal to participate in the upcoming presidential elections.
Conspiracy theorists even remembered the plot of one of the episodes of the cartoon "The Simpsons" 18 years ago, in which one of the characters said that he was carrying containers to the Turkish Kahramanmarash (which in the homeland of the cartoon by that time could only be known to a few, and which became the epicenter of the earthquake in 2023), and at that moment other characters from that cartoon series were crying for help.
Paskov tells in detail in his interview about the political reasons due to which Turkey could be “punished” (if we are talking about the man-made component of the disaster):
