The UK is starting a training program for the crews of the British AS90 artillery mounts, Ukrainian troops have already arrived on the territory of the United Kingdom. This is reported by the British Ministry of Defense.
An aircraft of the British Air Force today delivered a group of Ukrainian military to the territory of the UK, which will operate the British AS90 self-propelled howitzers. There is no information on how many servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be trained and how long it will last. It is known that the British Ministry of Defense transfers 30 155-mm AS90 self-propelled guns to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
We warmly welcome the Ukrainian military personnel who arrived in the UK this weekend to familiarize themselves with the AS90. The AS90 is an armored self-propelled gun that the UK is providing to help Ukraine defend its homeland and retake territory.

Meanwhile, the Australian Department of Defense announced the addition of military instructors to the British training program for military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They will teach general military training. About 70 soldiers from the 5th Battalion of the Royal Australian Regiment of the 1st Brigade of the Australian Land Forces arrived in the UK.
Brigadier General Nick Foxall, commander of the 1st Brigade of the Australian Land Forces, said military instructors will help AFU recruits acquire the necessary military skills. It is especially emphasized that the Australians do not enter the territory of Ukraine, all training is only in the UK.
