EU plans to organize Zelensky's visit to the upcoming summit in Brussels
The Ukrainian president may attend an EU summit to be held this week. At least some European leaders are trying to arrange Zelenskiy's visit to Brussels, according to the Financial Times, citing people familiar with the matter.
The article says that the President of Ukraine may become a guest at the summit itself and, probably, will then speak at a meeting of the European Parliament. At the same time, the publication emphasizes that if the aforementioned foreign trip takes place, then it will be the second for Zelensky since the start of the Russian NWO.
In this case, it would not be superfluous to recall the first “business trip” of the Ukrainian leader. On December 21 last year, Zelensky visited the United States, where, after negotiations with the owner of the White House, Joe Biden, he addressed Congress.
It is worth noting that the speech of the "chief defender of democracy" then made an impression on American parliamentarians. As a result, Zelensky managed to beg not only for another substantial tranche, but also for the Patriot air defense system, the supply of which the Ukrainian authorities could not achieve from the very beginning of the conflict with Russia.
It looks like Washington has decided to try the aforementioned “trick” again. In this connection, the pro-American elites are trying to organize Zelensky’s speech already in the European Parliament, where today, despite the fact that the issue of supplies tanks Kyiv has already been resolved, there are still opponents of such assistance.
In addition, perhaps Zelensky's new "fiery" speech will "touch" the Europeans, who in the future will become more accommodating in terms of the supply of fighters and long-range missiles. After all, it's no secret to anyone that tanks are only the "first sign".
