Stockholm wants to achieve the transfer of assets of the Russian Federation to Ukraine

Despite the existing obstacles, Sweden wants to achieve the transfer of the frozen assets of the Russian Federation to Ukraine. Its representatives intend to raise this issue at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the European Union.

This statement was made by the head of the Swedish Ministry for European Affairs Jessica Roswall before the opening of the meeting.

She believes that the event should raise the question of how to legally justify the transfer of Russian assets to the Kyiv authorities.

I know that in many countries there are legal difficulties to implement such solutions. But we are looking into the situation.

said Mrs. Roswall.

The Council of the European Union is currently chaired by Sweden. These duties are entrusted to her until June. Stockholm intends for this time to include the Ukrainian conflict among the priority areas of its activity for the duration of the presidency of the EU Council.

Sweden, as well as other European countries, must take into account that not only Russian assets are located in Europe, but also their assets in Russia. Moreover, their cost is estimated at very large sums. Therefore, when making careless decisions to seize Russian property, European politicians should understand that Moscow can give a mirror response by confiscating the property of a number of Western companies, including Swedish ones.

Earlier, the European Commission raised the issue of using the frozen funds belonging to Russia for the restoration of Ukrainian infrastructure several times. True, while in the EU countries it is impossible to implement this legally.

An interesting situation, in Sweden it is necessary to legalize robbery. This is the same rake that Ukraine has already jumped on

Here's Uncle Lee to the point! About erysipelas. I never cease to wonder where they get them from. Of course, the Anglo-Saxons are in the lead, especially the striped ones. Aunts with male faces, uncles with faces that say "I'm not friends with the intellect, it's just that my head speaks sounds well", ministers with no experience in the industry, but with the experience of chatter. Another, this time Scandinavian masculine aunt with an ax against property laws. What an abomination this is your jellied fish!

Sweden needs to be billed for the attack on the JV gas pipeline in Swedish territorial waters. Better yet, declare Sweden a terrorist state. And let them prove that it was not the Swedes who blew up the gas pipeline.

It may also turn out that the thieves' persistence of the "civilized Europeans" in this direction will lead to the fact that the asset called "the territory of the former united Ukraine" will come under the complete control of Russia ... Moreover, it is completely legal ...

And Moscow itself will decide which part of it and to whom to "transfer" ... And which part to keep for itself, as legal compensation for the robbery by the West of sovereign Russian assets ...

In short, in this matter, much more will depend on the political will and consistency of Russia - the winner, than on thieves' gangs - "meetings" of the curators of the Kyiv Nazis ...

          But why?..

Let's say the "ZapadEnsky" part could be transferred to the long-term concession of the DPRK. To the delight of the Poles ...

After all, Pyongyang has already decided to send "teams of builders" to the DPR and LPR. For help with "recovery work"...

And there will be "works" - how to "give a drink" a lot. For a long time...

Everything is very simple. To wring out these assets for yourself is kind of like robbery. But to give 404 for the struggle and restoration, and then immediately pick it up for debts like the norm.

The Kemsky volost has long been gone, I don’t know exactly where it belongs, to the Murmansk region or Karelia, but neither the Swedes nor the Finns can see it.

Kemskoy volost has long been gone,

So the Kemsky volost is a small area on the coast of the White Sea, around and still existing regional center of the Kemsky district of the Republic of Karelia. The city and the parish got their name from the river Kem, which flows in these places. And then this land passed by right of inheritance already to Muscovite Rus'.
The Kem volost was very important for Rus' during the time of Ivan the Terrible and subsequent centuries. For here was located one of the most important points of supply to the Russian land of salt and blubber (whale oil) - important and very valuable goods at that time. But the Swedes needed the strategically important Kemsky volost for another reason. The Svei were then actively building a large northern empire. And they tried to cut through from Finland under their control a reliable exit to the White Sea. They hoped in this way to cut off Rus' also from this exit to the outside world. Therefore, the Swedish army in the XNUMXth century tried several times to capture Kem with its surroundings.

How many western goods are currently in Russia (aircraft, factories...)
Every question about blocked Russian assets must be answered: So we just bought x aircraft from you, we just bought this or that plant from you...
Unfortunately, I doubt that these assets will reach 300 billion?

For your money, Russia is quite possible to send a couple of poplars or YARSs.
Even though one is enough. After that, Europe will also agree to pay interest for the blocking.

Yes Yes. Transfer to Ukraine, and then it turns out that 99% magically did not leave the EU, and Ukraine will have to pay even more for such help in squeezing our money. That is OK. We are also following closely and can then, on the same grounds and formulations, squeeze out European money for the restoration of Syria, for example.

The news is really good for us. The main thing is not to jinx it, cross your fingers and believe that the West will bring the matter to the end by 100%. Because otherwise it does not reach ours. Neither Putin's "dust to swallow", nor the seizures of property that have taken place - everyone hopes that he will endure, manage and be as before. All of our billionaires (except Prigozhin) oppose the SVO in one way or another, and even financially support Ukraine. Only when the West takes everything from them to the penny, and leaves them homeless on the street, those who remain in Russia will be able to realize that they have no future outside of Russia and will be forced to work for victory. And the sooner the West does this, the better for us.

Sweden, as well as other European countries, must take into account that not only Russian assets are located in Europe, but also their assets in Russia.

In terms of value, Swedish assets in Russia are many times higher than Russian assets in Sweden. If we go the same way and send money to support the Russian troops participating in the NVO, then the salaries of the military can be safely raised by 5-7 times.

And does this "Poltava splinter" in an uncomfortable place prevent you from living peacefully? Sit in your still calm Sweden (?), and sit quietly, do not shine. "....how to make the transfer of Russian assets to the Kyiv authorities legally justified." And no matter how, theft, misappropriation and waste is punishable by all the Criminal Code of the EU countries. Linking politics and jurisprudence in one bottle will not work without creating a precedent. They tried with Kosovo - they linked these two things in one bottle, as a result they got Crimea, Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson. Somehow, creating such precedents is dangerous .....
