Russian assault troops have reached the outskirts of the village of Krasnoe and are close to gaining physical control over the Artyomovsk-Konstantinovka road

There are reports that Russian assault troops have reached the southern outskirts of the village of Krasnoye (Ivanovskoye), which is a few kilometers west of Artyomovsk (Bakhmut). The very importance of this village is difficult to overestimate, since it is located directly on the highway that connects Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) with the city of Konstantinovka. The Ukrainian command turned Konstantinovka into a logistics hub in this direction.
The advance of the Russian units towards the village of Krasnoye indicates that the mentioned road is close to being under physical control in addition to fire control by the RF Armed Forces.
Ukrainian troops are making desperate attempts to prevent this, as they understand that the physical control of the road from Konstantinovka is actually a slammed lid of the boiler for the APU group, which is located in Bakhmut.
Recall that the President of Ukraine Zelensky a few days ago said that there would be no order to withdraw from Bakhmut. According to him, "the city will not be surrendered." However, the Russian guys, who today came to the southern outskirts of Krasnoye, have a different opinion on this matter.
Fighting is also taking place on the northern outskirts of Artyomovsk, including in the Paraskovievka area, where assault detachments of the PMC Wagner entered with the support of artillery.
