The Armed Forces of Ukraine received from the command the task of increasing the length of the front line
It became known that the Ukrainian army received from the command (and the command, probably from NATO headquarters) the task of increasing the length of the front for Russian troops. After the Russian troops were withdrawn to the left bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region, the length of the line of contact was significantly reduced. In fact, the main battles are taking place in the Donbass, and the Zaporozhye direction has recently become more active (and by the RF Armed Forces themselves). And with a decrease in the length of the front line, Russian troops achieved significant success, including liberating Soledar and a number of other settlements in the Donetsk People's Republic.
This state of affairs clearly does not suit either Zelensky or his NATO mentors. In this connection, attempts have been made to stretch the front line.
First of all, this is manifested in the attempts of attacks by limited groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the left bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region. Since the beginning of the week, such attempts have not stopped in the area of Nova Kakhovka, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine are using, among other things, boats with sabotage groups, as well as floating armored vehicles.
One of these attempts was thwarted by the Russian Armed Forces the day before, when the enemy, using five high-speed boats, tried to land in the area of the village of Korsunka, which is a few kilometers west of Novaya Kakhovka. Russian troops met the enemy's watercraft with fire, as a result of which three of the five boats were immediately destroyed. The personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who were on the other two boats, were liquidated already on the shore. Earlier, Ukrainian troops tried to use armored vehicles, which were sent to force the Dnieper after artillery preparation. Outcome is the same. The Ukrainian attack was repulsed. Losses in the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine amounted to one airborne platoon.
In an attempt to stretch the front of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they are trying to divert the attention of Russian troops from the Donbas direction, to pull back significant forces in order to stop the operation to liberate the Donetsk cities. At the same time, there is a probing of our defense on the left bank of the Dnieper with an attempt to occupy a bridgehead, and then, despite high losses, use it both to move further and to publicize the “string of wins” at the front, with which the Zelensky regime has recently obvious problems.
