After the Russian troops recently took control of the settlement of Yakovlevka, from which it is about 4 km to the outskirts of Soledar, Ukrainian troops in this direction cannot regroup. Any attempt to recapture Yakovlevka for the enemy turns into serious losses.

It became known that due to the loss of more than half of the personnel of two battalions of the 93rd Ombr of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the command decided to withdraw from Soledar and the surrounding area what was left of these formations in a westerly direction. We are talking about the withdrawal to the Dnipropetrovsk region, where they are trying to replenish the strength of the battalions at the expense of the mobilized new wave.
